Very nice boutique hotel just blocks from the beach

So glad I selected Breezeway Boutique! The room was clean, recently renovated, bed & sleeper sofa/futon were super comfortable and the property (interior & exterior) were very well maintained. Decor and designs were colorful and pool had fun color changing lights at night! Only downside (and no fault of BB) was when 2 women walked in our room in the morning as we had door open trying to load car because “they wanted to see what it looked like”. Ooops! It took them a minute to leave after I told them this was our room and we’re staying here. Besides this (as I said no fault of BB) we will be staying here again!

Really enjoyed the stay and would definitely return and recommend to others. Only question is parking. We never had a problem, but there isn't a lot of obvious parking so we were a little nervous we might need to park far from our room - but that never happened.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Breezeway. Each night we booked a different room. We loved every accommodation including a standard king, the pool house studio and one of the suites 218. Sebastian and Anna were delightful at check in and out. We enjoyed the continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, bagels and coffee. The property is simply beautiful, the pool is so warm( the weather was sunny but cooler(high 60’s lower 70’s) so the pool was great! We will definitely stay here again. We imagine it will be fully booked throughout the summer but we certainly try to sneak in midweek. Thank you Breezeway for making our weekend so enjoyable.

My daughter/34 and I went away Mother’s Day weekend. We were so excited that we picked this hotel for our special weekend. The property it’s absolutely gorgeous and relaxing! We are definitely planning to stay there again. Check out my pictures.

Great location!

Room was clean but small. Needs better chairs to relax in with a larger table.

This is a charming beachie property that is easy walking distance to the beach. Comfy beds. They provide beach parking. The beach is walkable and there is enough beach to hang out all day. The lobby area that holds the breakfast area is charming and I would call the breakfast continental plus. There are some seating areas spread around the motel/cottage settings. The lobby hostesses were helpful and friendly. Haversham’s Tavern has delicious food and it’s a short drive to a couple of the Troll sculptures. Just a great discovery all around.
