Old hotel, simple and quite clean. Just be careful going up and down the stairs carrying your suitcase.

The hotel is clean, the water heater is good and the water is smooth and fast. Close to the beach and Fort Wallis and close to Little India and crossed by the free CAT bus. In front of the hotel there is a nasi kandar restaurant. The fried chicken is great 👍 affordable prices. The downside of this hotel is that there is no elevator so you have to climb the stairs if you want to go to the top floor. I will come here again if I go to Penang. If you want to go to Penang Hill, you can take bus 201 from the stop in front of the park by paying 2RM.

Basic accommodation, clean. But check in time is 4 PM! When I came at 2:20 PM, the receptionist said 4 PM then I needed to sit at the lobby for nearly 2 hours.

The bathroom has no hangers so you have to find your own way to place the clothes where.

The waiter is friendly, for cheap lodging prices, according to the facilities offered. Strategic location because it is close to other tourist attractions.

The air conditioner is very hot the bed is less comfortable just the place that is staregis wifi is also not available

To go to Friendship Motel, we can ride the CAT Bas from Komtar down at the Fort Cornwallis stop or Penang City Hall, then walk 20 meters to the south. This bass is free from Komtar-Jetty PP. The receptionist is a peranakan, whether it's the owner or not, but very good. I ordered for 2 people, but given a wider room for 3 people because I was a foreign tourist. The beach is only about 100 meters away, passing a beautiful park in the north and a City Hall that looks like the White House. Friendship Motel is also very strategic, close to various tourist attractions without our need to ride Penang Rapid Bas again. To go to Little India also only passes 1 block. In addition there are Street Art, Fort Cornwallis, port of Jetty, monuments of peace, and much more.
