we love the place! my kids love their experience! they had a good swimming. they have a hot tub and sauna. the foods in the restaurant Terroir was so great and their staffs are very accomodating! definitely recommended with kids and will come back again!

Let me start by saying the staff here are incredibly helpful and nice. They really made the experience amazing. However, there are a few things that affected our stay. The shower head in our room was quite dirty. Just a quick clean with baking soda would go a long way or just changing out the old style ones and putting in new ones smells like a small change that would make a big difference. Our coffee machine did not work, which was unfortunate. We stayed 2 nights and the first morning we went to the farmer's market so we grabbed coffee there, but the next morning we thought we'd save time and use the machine in our room but it kept blinking red and not pouring coffee. We have the exact model of Nespresso machine at home, so it was disappointing it didn't work. There were also no towels at the pool when we went at 10:30pm. I know it's late by then, but if you offer the pool/ hot tub/ sauna to be open till 12am, there should be towels there. Overall, great stay because the staff were so accommodating, disc golf course is amazing!

The food in restaurant was top shelf a credit to the Chef and Alan.

What a beautiful spot. The rooms were spacious and refreshed. The best part of this hotel was the staff by far. Right from check in to the restaurant staff. The manager was always checking in and mingling with the guest. He felt like he was one of our friends. The bar staff was excellent as well. It was truly a wonderful stay.

Property was under construction. Before we went to the pool in early morning, cleaning person came to room, but we were busy getting ready for a swim in pool so cleaning person left. We went for a swim and following swim husband had a severe allergic reaction to chemicals from pool‼️ We left the property at noon and returned at day’s end and our room had not teen touched (used towels still on the floor, beds not made up, just the way we left it). Coffee maker was difficult to get onto counter and if we could have gotten it to the counter, would never have figured how to use it ❗️ The upside was that when we wanted a coffee that we couldn’t make, I went to reception desk, and restaurant staff provided us with 2 coffees. Dinner in restaurant was quite good and staff very efficient and accountable 👍

The hotel is currently under construction so it was not easy to get to the pool, or outside exits. The property is dated, and upgrades are due. Food at the restaurant was very good.

Parking was plentiful and easy. No complimentary breakfast provided. The front lobby is lovely. And thats the only nice thing I can say aout this place. The room itself was very outdated and the bed was awful. I booked for three of us. We had a sofabed for the 3rd person but it was not prepared and we were provided a questionable plastic bag of crumpled, balled up linens, and no pillow for that bed. We placed throw cushions under the bottom part of the frame so the bed didnt slope down at that end too badly. Renovations were underway in the main hallway, and the way to our room smelled of weed and was littered with at least 2 dozen razor blades snapped off of box cutters. Another guest suffered a serious cut on her foot from the razor blades. Unbelievable.

Parking is easy and close to the rooms. Breakfast was excellent. The hallways adjacent to rooms are noisy due to other patrons talking loudly, sometimes after the recommended curfew.

Parking was free and easy, room was clean and modern with comfy beds. The staff were welcoming and competent as well. Premises were open with picturesque views of an orchard and hills. Breakfast is not included but worth the extra cost, fresh and delicious options.

Note: this is not an accessible building as the elevators were not working The staff was very friendly and kind. Property is under renovation and we had to walk our stuff up the stairs to our room. There was construction debris throughout the hallways and equipment that was in the way of the stairs. There were 7 of us in the room and we had plenty of space to move around in. The hide-a-bed did not allow for a decent night's sleep. The area is beautiful and easy to get around. The price fit our needs and, truthfully, the construction did not bother us at all. We would love to stay here again when the construction is finished.

The place is clean, however, it seems a bit dated. Overall it was a good hotel to stay for a night.

A clean room, parking was easy, great food and dining experience, wonderful outdoor lounge/patio deck over the pool. Elevator was out-of-order so climbing stairs wasn't easy, but overall a great stay.

Wonderful location, great restaurant In site and exceptional atmosphere. The renovations are going to be exceptional once completed.

Staff was attentive and helpful when we had issues with our TV. The restaurant is beautiful and food was delicious. The room (deluxe double) was large and clean. Would definitely stay there again!
