Stayed in room 30, we had a lovely view of the Thames. Nice big room. Excellent value for money. Shepperton is really jice.

The room was lovely and warm. Really quiet so nice to come back to after a NYE party!

The member of staff that booked me in and served me later during dinner was very polite and friendly.

Minimal customer appreciation on arrival and when visiting the bar (didn’t get served so went elsewhere to have dinner and drinks).

The room was clean, tidy and had everything that we needed for a 1 night stay, the bed was comfy too! For the price I paid, the accomodation was definitely acceptable. I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast. For the price I did expect a little more than one of each, considering my daughter only ordered a few items. Two sausages wouldn't have gone a miss, but I guess we didn't ask so didn't get! Apart from that everything was great. Great location, close to thorpe park which is why we were in the area. Staff were friendly. Check-in was quick.

Location - good. Convenient and quite easy to access. Staff - sparse, but friendly and polite. Facilities - main house was good, but the room itself was a bit rough. Door lock barely functioned and had clearly been forced open more than once. Chain was missing from door. Shower was a trickle. Room wasn't filthy, but far from immaculate. Fine for one night, but that was about it. We didn't even use the shower it was so poor.

The room was good for what we wanted it for. The bed was big and comfortable. The hair dryer did stop working but the guy on receptionist was ever so apologetic. The only thing I had any issues with was that it took awhile for the hot water to come through when I had a shower.

Squashed bugs on walls/tiles of bathroom and bedroom, toilet barely flushed, even after issue was mentioned, insects in room every day despite keeping windows shut all week. Wouldn't stay again, though lovely area !!!!!

No hot water the entire stay Blinds and curtains were falling apart. Nice potential but needs some maintenance .

The hotel is a lovely spot on the river just a few minutes walk into town. Lots of free parking. My room was big, clean with a nice river view. Quite dated but clean with everything you need. The continental breakfast was lacking (no cheese, meats or fruit) and I had no hot water for a shower in the morning .

Very tired and unloved hotel. It could be beautiful. The room was clean, but numerous cracked floor titles, dirty walls, a hair drier out of the 70’s! Reception, hall ways thread bare carpets, just pretty gloomy. I wish I had a magic wand to transform it!
