The hotel building is quite old, the cleanliness of the rooms is not well maintained, the bed cover, sheets and pillow cases look dirty (dull), the table is dusty, the room floor is damaged and covered with a carpet that looks like a doormat.

The AC isn't cold, the water is cloudy, and there's no drinking water. The mattress isn't clean, please fix it.

What bothered me the most was the unhygienic behavior of the staff, as they entered the guest room while still wearing their shoes. Furthermore, the hotel condition is quite old and poorly maintained.

My first experience staying at this hotel with a complete group (wife + two toddlers), initially got a room with broken tiles, and had to move rooms 3 times, finally got a room that was habitable, the service was good and very friendly, so far I really like staying here because it is close to the mosque and Bandung city square, access to places to eat and public transportation is very easy, next trip will stay here again
