The room AC is not cold and the AC is noisy, the TV broadcast is not clear.

When I first arrived, I was given the 1st floor number 117, dusty, the toilet had to flush 2-3 times because the children also had to do the same, in the afternoon the shower was cloudy and dirty like sewage water, the staff said it was probably leftover from last night 😂. After leaving it for a while, it got better but it was still dirty, I still insisted on changing rooms, I was given a room on the new floor, the room was nice like a hotel, not a reddorz, the hotel was old, it looked like a building, furniture, only on the 3rd floor when it was changed it was quite like a real hotel, at first glance it was 2 stars, only the blankets, the sheets were no longer white, the breakfast was just ordinary, my 1 year old nephew on the 1st floor was crying in the room, he was moved to the 3rd floor and then he was quiet, it seems the floor is scary for children under 2 years old, I suggest the hotel to try to renovate the building, interior, etc. and the sheets too, it's a shame with a strategic location with Braga and Asia Afrika.

I was a little skeptical at first, but after two days at the Naripan Hotel, it was really nice. Cool air conditioning, spacious rooms, friendly staff, close to Braga, and now extensively renovated. A full renovation will definitely make this hotel even better. Keep up the good work, making it a great hotel.
