Great location for the Millennium Centre, with wonderful amenities and welcoming staff.

Very comfortable bed. Convenient to lots of restaurants and a nice walk along the waterfront plus Millennium Center. No elevator so beware if that's an issue for you.

Comfortable beds, clean and location are good. Check on parking costs in the area and I would have liked a more flexibly costed breakfast but that is a normal problem with most Hotels in this country.

I really liked the staff and the breakfast. I also appreciated the uniqueness of the building, its location right on Cardiff Bay and the overall cleanliness of the place. In terms of dislikes, there was nothing.

Everything was great, including the location, Staff, and the room. Olga was really helpful and friendly and we will definitely use the hotel next time we are in Cardiff.

The Joylon Hotel was a fabulous find. Just a hop, skip and a jump to some lovely waterfront cafes. Definitely recommended

This is not your average hotel. Delightful owner and staff Cosy family run feel in the middle of Cardiff Bay. Great communication before we even arrived and good attention to details. If you’re looking for starched linen and stuffy clients, don’t stay here. If you’re looking for relaxed style in fabulous location near huge number of bars and restaurants with parking, plus access to bus or boat trips into town, and taxis along with parking.... no brainier.

This hotel is in about the best possible position for a visit to Cardiff Bay. Right in the centre of the Bay it’s a smart, friendly and really comfortable hotel. Welcomed by the owner and able to get into our room early which is always a good start. Walking distance to almost everything. We parked in the Q park which is a few hundred yards away as the small Hotel car park was full on arrival. This hotel absolutely deserves its high ranking.

Great hotel and different to the normal chain hotels I stay in. Check in is a little odd in that it's only manned for a few hours, so it might be awkward if your arriving late. The room was big and well appointed, although a desk to be able to do some work would have been great. The bathroom was spacious with a big bath and walk in shower. The slight negatives with the facilities : The room was really warm with no Air Conditioning, and as the room was on the ground floor, I could really open the window very much as people could look right in to the room. Breakfast was a real positive, friendly service and the food was freshly cooked to order. I stay in a lot of hotels in Cardiff and I can honestly say this is the best breakfast I have had. Overall a great hotel in a perfect Cardiff Bay location.

Loved staying at Jolyons! The room was beautiful and comfy. I enjoyed the jetted tub for my achy travelers legs. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was top notch! The location was right there on the bay, convenient and beautiful.
