Older building but nice architecture. We had lots of bags and were on the 6th floor. There was a tiny elevator that only went to the 5th, then we had to carry them up the last flight of spiral steps. Room had a window AC unit, but it struggled to cool the room during the day. It was in a neat neighborhood right by the Arc, with shopping, food, and very easy access to busses and the metro. Overall a good stay

Overall, this is a nice place. The walls and doors are thin! Some of the guests ignore the rule to not watch TV or listen to music after 10 pm, so you will have to knock on their door to remind them. The area is clean and usually quiet. You can find nearby shops, laundromats, and restaurants to take care of your basic needs. I would definitely stay here again!

A wonderfully located hotel close to the metro, and cafes & restaurants around, supermarkets, pharmacist and laundry close too.

For a day there was no water, they said I'll take a few hours and it was nearly the whole day. When i asked if they would provide a partial refund or offer anything for the terrible conditions they said nothing. When I asked for the manager they said "the manager isn't answering their phone." It was a horrible hotel.

I am not gonna lie, my first impression was not positive, however, once i visited the room and saw how clean it is, and after speaking to the friendly staff especially AKRAM who went above and beyond with his great customer service skills. He didn’t hesitste a moment to accomodate me with all requests I needed. Because of AKRAM, I will definitely be back. Thank you team Phenix hotel of making our stay memorable!

An eclectic but clean hotel. Management is working on upgrading the facilities. This was a reasonable priced hotel and fabulously situated transportation wise. Literally right around the corner from the Arc de Triomphe. I knew rooms were going to be very basic but that’s what we needed. The continental breakfast was perfect (paid extra). Overall satisfied with our stay and would use them again if ever in Paris again.

We needed a room with 3 beds, they only have 2 rooms with that option and was on the top floor. Was warmer than we are used to, but the other floors felt great. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Great value and pretty quiet area.
