When I checked-in, I was very happy to go to the resort, check-in procedures were very fast and the room was very beautiful, the sea view as beautiful as traveloka posted, everything was still good until that evening I decided to have dinner. At the beachfront restaurant of the resort, really delicious food, I ordered caesar salad and 01 beefsteak, after using caesar salad for about 20 minutes, my sister and I felt very uncomfortable, abdominal pain and vomiting. Both sisters were beaten right after eating and could not finish our meal. The sisters had to run to the toilet immediately. I then told the waitress to check the dishes I ordered. You have checked and also notified the f & b manager. After that, the restaurant gave me some ginger tea for health, the manager went to talk to us and contacted the resort's doctor for a solution. Finally, my sisters were given medicine by doctors and my sisters got better at night. The next morning the situation got better, but after having a bad breakfast to take the rest of the doctor's medicine, I got nauseous again and my brother was sick, we had to go down to the clinic for the doctor to examine half. After the doctor asked about my situation, the doctor resort's conclusion was that I was hit by the wind, not by food-poisoned, and the doctor shaved my wind. Omg. I could not believe it, but nothing I could do because :(. It is worth mentioning here that when the guests are hit right at the table, right at the restaurant, and only f & b manager asks and the next day 01 guest relation asked if my sister was alright, because actually you measured the night shift first so you know about my situation. No manager comes to ask about the health status of the guest when the guest gets hit right away. It is at your resort, it is 01 good service, so what is the need for you to comment on your needs? If you have any problems, please? Hmmm, would I suggest this resort for other guests? I think I will but never try their food, if you don't want to get food-poisoned and what you can get is just the ignorance from hotel staffs So disappointed. Except that thing, I am totally s atisfied with my stay there.
