An excellent location to visit Reitero Park, Sophia Reina, Thyssen. This is a simple room, but perfect for a short stay very clean with a comfortable bed.

Stay was alright, they have another building that was nearer to Osom Cantine. The hostel layout was a bit strange in that the reception was on the floor above us, and the rooms were located in an apartment shared with other property owners. Laundry service was also not available as indicated, although the staff did assist us to recommend some laundromats. Room was decent and functional, location was convenient and about 20 mins walk from Estación de Madrid Puerta de Atocha. Price was not that cheap but this place met all our accommodation needs.

I had a great stay at this hostel. The location is amazing, and everything was very clean. My room was cleaned every day, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend it

The hotel is in a great location, close to literally everything you want to visit. It’s a very simple room, very clean, only complain is the noise until pass midnight, specially if you are staying in the second floor. Great people at the front desk though!

I loved the room. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. The heater and air conditioning worked well. My main purpose for visiting Madrid was to go to the museums. The Prado Museum is very close—just across the main road. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance. There are local restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. I went to DIA every day to buy food.

Really good location not far from Madrid train station and across thevroad from the Botanic Garden. Vibrant area with lots of dining options. Room was nice.

Perfect location and reasonably quiet for where it is. I've stayed here many times, on a different floor each time. Though the rooms are always quite different, I can rely on having the same comfortable beds, absorbent towels, and general cleanliness. Staff friendly. I think it's just me, but I always have trouble using the key to get into the building. Once I'm in, the floor and room keys don't give me any trouble. Just the key on the street is tricky, and I don't have the finesse necessary.

Staff were pleasant and helpful, room was small but clean. Location was terrific, close to the Prado, Reina Sofia and Atocha station. Lots of restaurants meant as well.

Good hotel! Only issue was the WiFi. Basically unusable. Shower / bathroom was very good, good water pressure. Bed was comfortable. ¡Buen hotel! El único problema fue el wifi. Prácticamente inservible. La ducha y el baño estaban muy bien, con buena presión de agua. La cama era cómoda.
