This hotel has serious hygiene and pest control issues. I found a large cockroach in my room, including inside the refrigerator. After being moved to another room, another cockroach entered from under the door. Management never contacted me despite multiple requests. I received compensation, but it was not fair given the situation. Unacceptable standards of cleanliness, poor communication, and lack of accountability. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice clean and offers a nice restaurant upstairs with a nice free breakfast buffet its close to a shopping center.

Other parts of the hotel was good except for my suite. We only stayed 1 night but my hotel suite appeared to have been previously flooded and there were roaches.

Good no frills hotel in a convenient location. It feels a little outdated but in good condition. Room was clean, with a good A/C. Breakfast was basic but good enough. I'd say it's a solid 4 stars and a good value if you need to stay around this area in Cali.

Selected, supposedly the best room, the bathroom was dirty, the shower door was missing, the outdoor jacuzzi was dirty and falling apart, the refrigerator was dirty and smelled bad, there was towel on the floor by the patio door little did I know next morning lots of water filtered through the patio door. Big mess. The staff was no help and the options were not reasonable.

Close to the beach and a small mall

Good location in the south of the city. Few minutes drive to Jardin Plaza shopping mall, and other areas of interest. Not safe to walk around at night thought.
