Quick, convenient for overnight

The Hampton Inn was completely perfect and professional. It was Orbits that sucked big time by lying. It is what it is, right?

The breakfast could have been better.

No major problems encountered. The only thing was when we entered the room it was real stuff as if they had not left the air on at all. It was near 100 degrees out that day. The room eventually cooled down and all was well. Other than that the room was perfect for our needs.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Good breakfast.

The water pressure sucked and the shower door could have used a more thorough cleaning. Otherwise, my stay was super pleasant. The staff was hospitable and kind. It was an awesome stay.

Close to Highways and Dining. Clean, employees were very nice.

We enjoyed our stay. A nice greeting at the front door when we arrived to check in. Quick check-in. Beautiful room. Love the layout. Enjoyed the comfy sofa and the two ottomans were definitely a plus!!! Nice shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast in the morning was great! Nice greeting by the hotel clerk in the morning as well as the staff member taking care of the breakfast area. Always enjoy the fresh made waffles, omelets, and sausage, and hot coffee. Will be back again as we journey thru this area frequently. Thankyou!!

The room 212 was clean, but the curtains couldn’t be closed, leaving the room lit all night. This made sleeping difficult and affected my stay. I informed the front desk, but no solution was offered. Staff were polite but seemed unable to address the issue. I hope the hotel fixes this for future guests. 2/5 stars.

The staff was great.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. However, we were woken up several times during the night by barking dogs. I didn't appreciate paying what I did for the room to have to deal with barking animals. It also made me assume that the request I had made when I made the reservation, not to be given a room used to house animals was not honored since more than one room on our floor had barking dogs. The staff was very friendly at check in and when I complained at check out about the dogs the woman at the desk apologized. We had a very unrestful night, and I don't understand why hotels do not designate one specific floor to accommodate people traveling with animals.

We were very impressed with the entire stay. This is the first time we have stayed there and it was so clean and neat and just seemed extra nice and special… Such a nice big comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. We were indeed very happy campers. We definitely will stay there again.

We originally reserved our room through expedia and thought we had reserved a handicapped room with walk in shower for a wherlchair, found out that we didn't receive that room. We had received a hearing impared room. Went down to main desk, explained our situation, she checked with manager, and we did receive one of the handicapped rooms with that walk in shower. We were very appreciative for that change.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years. I have NEVER had problems. Always very please with room!!! This room was on the first floor and awful. The rug was filthy. I was actually tremendously uncomfortable.
