It’s a nice property , but not to the extent to be an excellent place; the pillows are hard and bumpy; sheets and towels are very gray, they seem to have been white at one point. They failed to tell me that from 12 pm to 1 pm they desactive the door cards.

Filthy room, bed sheets and pillow covers were old, smelly, stained, yellowish. We found hairs on the pillows. Dark spots on the bed sheets. The barhroom sink smelled like sewer. The towels were also stained and yellowish. The side of the door had a vertical gap where people could peek through. Would not recommend.

Clean, comfortable room. Convenient location to downtown and bus station. Staff helpful. Was a leak in sink drain. Informed them in the morning. Would have been able to switch rooms but I was there only one night.

Hoteles Único was located within walking distance to great restaurants and the Zona Piel. All staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. Parking was secured and had plenty spaces. Great prices

The first room ac was not working. Got new room 4th floor BUT elevator out of order taking stairs not what I wanted. Other than that great clean rooms.
