Nice Apartments, nice friendly and welcoming staff. clean hotel. The pool area nice and clean music around the pool would be a nice touch. Drinks/snacks reasonable Good location walking distance to the supermarkets, bus stop. The beach is a very short walk away from the hotel.

Good hotel, not very many tools in the kitchen to prepare the food. Good location walking distance from the beautiful beach. Beatiful Alcudia old town about 2km, so by bus or car short distance.

I loved everything about these apartments! Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and it is in a fantastic location close to the beach and only a mile away from the Port. Friendly staff and loads of supermarkets nearby making it easy to self cater. Highly recommend!!!

Comfy beds, nice balconies, very quick walk to the beach. All of the staff, but esp housekeeping staff, were kind and friendly. I didn’t realize it’s street parking only. We were able to find a spot relatively close even though it was in August. Very hot and stuffy in the gym so just worked out on the balcony with my resistance bands.

Great hotel with perfect location, close to beach and far enough away from nightlife. Spacious rooms, nice food and clean poolside. Only downside would be the live cooking section. Nice food but the cook prepares food on request as opposed to batch cooking which results in long queues.

Great location and proximity to the beach.

I had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Loved the nightly entertainment at the bar. Room had a kitchenette and was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the mattress felt poor quality and sunk in significantly. Aside from this, everything else was excellent.

The hotel is a little dated in the common areas and very noisy as you can hear people in the hallways and slamming doors at all hours. Despite that, the patio off the rooms was really nice and so was the pool area. The little kitchenette was convenient, the room was clean and had a nice little sitting area to relax. The internet connection was very strong. It is close to the beach and a few restaurants making the location ideal as it was far enough away from the party areas of the town that it was peaceful and quiet while still being very walkable to attractions. The beds were a little hard and the pillows could have been better but overall I'd stay again.

Nice clean aparthotel, close to beach (beach loungers not too expensive @ 6.50 ea), shops & restaurants. Friendly staff. Free parking on road & lots of places to visit nearby. Very picturesque location.

At the entrance, not all employees are friendly. During our stay, there was a rotation of 3 employees and we found one of them not at all friendly. We had booked halbboard for the 10 days we stayed. I have 2 kids age 10 and 8. The boys are very well behaved. On the 3rd night, the boys came out of the pool, they were hungry, so i thought it was ok to have them get started their meal. They went into the restaurant, and got yelled at and kicked out of the restaurant by the supervisor. The reason being, my second son dropped few fries (when i say few, it was less than 10 pieces) on the floor while getting ketup on his plate. First of all, i have to say, the ketup is not easy to grab by children and second of all, the plate were very slippery even for adults. He had to hold his plate in an angle to get the ketup. Both boys came crying/running to us and were really embrassed for being yelled at by so many people. I was very upset and went the restaurant supervisor to ask him why he yelled at my kids. They should have simply talked to the parents. While i was talking to the supervisor, a waiter said your kids, put their fingers onto the food, to which i replied, my kids will never touch food with their fingers, even at home. They are very hygienic esp after the Covid phase. Anyways, the point is, i found the restaurant very unfriendly. I have seen other kids during breakout without parents supervision. And they never got kicked out or no one said something to them.
