The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the free 24/7 snack bar is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel could not be better, right in the historical centre. Only issue was the noisy guests in the corridor, the sound proofing could be better.

The hotel was very centrally located to many landmarks-El Zócalo, Bellas Artes and the centro. Check-in was very easy. They greeted us with cool water and offer of snacks even when our room wasn’t ready, because we arrived early. For our five day study. Once we were in our standard room, we saw it was small. But, since we only were going to be sleeping there, it was fine. It was clean, the bed was comfy, but would have loved two pillows each. The elevator is small but appreciated. The cafe on the 7th floor, had beautiful views. The breakfast, served in a buffet style, offered chilaquiles both red and green, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt with toppings, juices and many different styles of coffees and teas-daily. With sweet breads, pancakes, and French toast on other days. This same cafe stayed open 24hrs, offering those beverages and a variety of other snacks. The popcorn was my favorite. We felt very secure at this hotel and the staff were professional and attentive all the time. Even letting us borrow umbrellas for the rainy afternoons. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and stay here again.

Canada Central and Rooftop is an excellent hotel if you plan to explore the historic district. It is only two blocks from the Zocalo and a five minute walk to Palacio de Bellas Artes. Included is a delicious buffet breakfast with many options including fruit, scrambled eggs, refried beans, bacon, sausage, chilaquiles, pastries, etc. The hotel also offers a deli inclusive option at the rooftop cafe. Items on the first page of the menu are complimentary 24 hours including a variety of coffees, waters, soft drinks, pizza, sandwiches, burrito, and even draft beer. We had a Standard room with King sized bed. The room was small but clean and comfortable, and all the staff were super friendly. We would definitely stay at this hotel next time we're in Mexico City!

Loved the breakfast menu. And free beer! Even thou Expedia says no elevator, it does have one. Will stsy here again and i recommend.

Great hotel but noise level was uncomfortable. Noise from outside in the middle of the night and noisy guests and cleaning staff outside in corridor on cellphones with speaker on.

We stayed one week. Staff was so nice it's crazy. Perfect location. One small elevator. They offer a 24/7 free menu which game changing. I would definitely stay there again.

Es hotel está en muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de zócalo y muchos lugares. Todo limpio y buen servicio de todo el personal. Nos recibieron y ayudaron siempre con maletas y todo. Hilda y Jacqueline en recepción nos ayudaron en todo. El desayuno sencillo pero muy bien y los meseros muy atentos y agradables.

Canada Central is an excellent choice if you want to stay close to the main attractions without spending a fortune. It’s just one block from the Zócalo and located on a busy main street, which made getting around super easy. The rooftop breakfast was a great bonus, with a nice view to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was small, but very clean and well-maintained, and I felt safe at all times—both inside the hotel and in the surrounding area. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Mexico City.

This place was great. I booked somewhere else and had a last minute cancellation due to a plumbing issues and am so happy I did. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean and the food was great. It’s also like 2 blocks from el Zocalo. Dupper safe too. My husband and I walked late in the evening and felt safe at all times.
