Room was small and tight but overall the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. They only have one small elevator that goes up and down so sometimes it was a pain having to wait for the elevator, but overall great experience. Surprisingly this hotel provides free food and drinks 24/7 which was an added bonus. It is close to Zocalo, but during my stay they only had two entrances available to enter the area.

Love this hotel, will definitely stay here again. Alicia did a wonderful job keeping our room clean and helped me tremendously. Melanie, was very informative and helped me booked 2 additional days. Super service!

Wonderful hotel, staff, location.

The room was little small but the king bed was super confortable and everything was perfect. The breakfast was good and they have the cafeteria open 24 hrs with some free food and drinks including beer and pizza. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.

It was my first time visiting CDMX and staying at Canada Central was one of the best decisions. The staff is so welcoming and very accommodating. 10/10. I will definitely be returning

Within walking distance to all museums and other landmarks in the city. Breakfast and restaurant service was very good. Very attentive upon arrival and departure. I will definitely comeback again.

I liked the snack bar is open 24/7 also the view is on the seven floor and you can enjoy the view while you dine.

Todo en el hotel es excelente. Sumamente limpio huele bien el personal es muy amable. Buena ubicación. Yo lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda. El breakfast es rico pero creo deben variar el menú cada día.

5 stars all the way for this excellent hotel! Fabulous breakfast and drinks on the top floor overlooking the city. Centrally located near the square in historic area. We will definitely stay here again!!

The hotel was nice and well maintained. The staff was was amazing 👏. My biggest issue was the size of the room. The rooms are 90 Squar feet . My closet is bigger than that. My first night in that room in a full-size bed was miserable. We ended up ordering an Airbnb 1 mile away . Since we where not able to get a refund we came back and used it amenities. The staff was super nice .

This hotel was the definition of hospitality. From the greeter at the door to the nice staff at check-in this boutique hotel really made an impact. They had savory crisps to snack on at the counter, and water, treats, and wine waiting in my room. Everything was super clean and modern. The seventh floor rooftop deck was a wonderful place to hang out and had great food both for during the day and breakfast. Nellie helped me out with a bus ticket issue and was so kind. The location was a block from the Zocala and I had a very enjoyable walk around the neighborhood would definitely stay in.

This is my third time staying with them, and I absolutely love how friendly, welcoming, and caring they are. They always make my stay easy, comfortable, and fun. Mexico City can be overwhelming at times, but they always have the best recommendations for food spots and activities. As a solo female traveler, I especially appreciated how safe and supported they made me feel throughout my stay. They were always willing to help, including loading my bags and making sure I was comfortable. A special thank you to Estaban for going above and beyond with his kindness and help.

El hotel esta en una buenisima ubicacion, la mejor que pude escoger, el personal es muy amable y servicial, el desayuno incluido es muy rico, mi lugar favorito fue la terraza, las habitaciones son pequenas, si, pero honestamente eso no importa tanto ya que cd de mexico es para salir a recorrerla asi que basicamente la habitacion era solo para descansar de un dia agetreado, tomar una cervezita en la terraza y relajarte. Muy recomendado

Desde que llegas a la puerta del hotel el personal es sumamente amable, la recepcionista y el check in excelente, incluyen desayuno buffet muy completo y tambien incluyen snack las 24 horas. Todo elnservicuo fue excelente. Super recomendado!!!

Greeted warmly right at the door, my family and I immediately felt welcomed. Melanie at reception took the time to thoroughly explain all of the hotel amenities, and we were pleasantly surprised by everything included. Breakfast on the terrace ended up being one of the highlights of our stay. When it was time to leave, our flight wasn’t until later that night, so we really appreciated being able to store our luggage at the hotel. Before we left, the staff kindly helped us with our bags and made sure my family and I got into our Uber safely.
