Female receptionist didn’t appear friendly. Kettle provided but no cups available. Electric plug sockets difficult to gain access. Sleep disturbed by the thinness of the walls. Could hear next doors conversation clearly. Plus I could hear snoring from next door.

The location of the property was really central which made it really convenient and walkable to everything. I could also go back to the hotel during the day to drop off things. I liked how breakfast was included as well but I felt that the choices available were limited and mainly savoury and salad so I would suggest options like pastries or pancakes wouldn’t go a miss. I paid for a single room as I’m a solo traveler and got upgraded to a twin room but the walls are very thin so could hear the people in rooms next to me talking until late at night. Also the bathroom only has shower gel and no other toiletries available so I had to go out and buy some as I only had a carry on bag so my liquids had to be minimal. The hotel was good and I would probably stay here again but could be better with a few small additions.

Hotel right at the centre of old town, brilliant location. Perfectly adequate, but could have been a little cleaner (shower wasn't overly clean). Overall though, the hotel was just what was needed

I checked in quite late in the evening. The backyard was fun like diving into Harry Potter world. Rooms are cute and quiet, bathroom was little drafty cold, but hey it’s old historical building and a part of the experience. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was a lovely,situated in a quiet street nearby main old town and city centre

budget room has no window. we had to keep the door to the room open all night to at least ventilate a little. it was not pleasant when people were walking around. the reception staff was not the nicest. in general, the hotel is much worse than in pictures.

Three Crowns, apart from its convenient located in Tallinn, lacks cleanliness, hospitality, smells of smoke and sewage, unhelpful staff, rooms are so small that the bed was sqauashed with access from foot end, no place in the whole hotel to sit and relax. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Infact Expedia should return my money.

Nice, but old and funky. Clean, safe and functional. The breakfast was good and a pleasant way to start the day. You can’t beat the location.

I was suppose to stay in Three Crowns Residents, but because of renovation i was re-booked to St. Olav Hotel in Lai 7. We arraived at 0:37 on 15.10.2021 and reception service in-check time was OK. We got the information regarding our stay in hotel and room keys. When i got into the room then it was cold and needed first pre heating before i was able to go to bed. In the morning i discovered that showerroom floor heating didn`t work and informed the reception about that but no one even didn`t care about it. So i was spending my three night into that hotelroom and enjoyed cold floor when using toilet/shower. Last morning before check out i was able to speak one of the maintenance guy and informed him about my issue and then finally hi got information about my room problem. Check-out was done by same maintenance man side because there was no-one in reception. Also that receprion is open 24/7. Who belives that. Only good things in that hotel in Hotel himself, how it`s looks and where it is located. Also rooms age cozy and well equiped.

Overall it was good to stay here.

Excellent place, nice decor but if you cannot do stairs this hotel is not for you (just due to medieval building type). Very good breakfast buffet. In the heart of town, price was surprisingly low for this gem.

Close to everything, can walk to all the spots. Few minutes from the tram station. All spots to be visited are nearby the hotel. Plenty of eating spots are nearby the hotel.
