Large skylight window with no curtains. Sunset not until after 10.45pm and still light through the night because of artificial lighting nearby. Sunrise 4am, picture taken around 5am. Impossible to sleep, I had to put a bedspread across the window (tricky balancing act as it's a skylight that opens inwards). Reception wouldn't allow me to move to another room as apparently "that room never had curtains" and "it is dark at night". Also no air conditioning so absolutely boiling with the sun streaming through the window all day. Location is fantastic and breakfast is fine, but I honestly cannot recommend this hotel because of the heat and lack of curtains. Worst sleep I have ever had in a hotel.

The hotel was adequate for a short break. Everything functioned. I noticed that the heating was very effective although it probably wasn't necessary in May. On the negative side the wall between bedrooms were not acoustically insulated and I could hear every word from the people next door. Also the breakfast was poor. It seemed to be made from the cheapest ingredients. Another positive was the great location in the old town with some good restaurants close by and easy walking to the towns feature locations. Also less than 10 minutes walk from the bus stop which serves the airport. The bus cost €2 and was easy to use getting off at the Estonia street stop for the hotel.

This is a vintage hotel with no elevator. If you're unable to carry your own luggage in a very steep (almost vertical) & narrow stairs, don't take any rooms from 5th floor on & up. The breakfast is quite hearty with good selections and some fish (in the herring family?). I took 2 stars for the noise from next rooms, stairs, & street below. I'd be awaken by people talking outside my room or could be nextdoor. I can't imagine how hot my room would be in the summertime if I'd have to close the dormer window to block out the street noise. It's still spring when I stayed there but it was already warm but I had to choose breeze from open window or close the window so I can sleep. My attic room on 5th floor doesnt have any storage at all, except for one (1) hanger. There are a small fridge & hot water kettle which helped a lot. The hotel is in Old Town within walking distance to all things old town, if you enjoy walking.

Coffie machine didn't work. Staff was good. Breakfast was cold egs and cold coffie.

Lovely and quaint, not huge rooms but we only slept in them so it wasn't an issue. Good showers and the staff were helpful.

Great location don’t look under bead walls very thin - a pig was snoring next door very loud

Beautiful heritage hotel - comfortable

Did not stay for the two days booked. The room was unclean and the bathroom toilet drain smelt awful, soo strongly in the room it felt like you could taste it when breathing.

Breakfast was good..sufficient variety. Room was small as well as the bathroom/shower was tight. We could hear the next door neighbors' conversations, so the walls were not very soundproof. Overall a quaint hotel with a lot of charm, but don't expect the larger rooms and bathrooms of the newer built hotels.

Very good location, the breakfast selection was good and the room was warm and comfortable.

Great stay in the Old Town, very convenient in the Old Town

Female receptionist didn’t appear friendly. Kettle provided but no cups available. Electric plug sockets difficult to gain access. Sleep disturbed by the thinness of the walls. Could hear next doors conversation clearly. Plus I could hear snoring from next door.

The location of the property was really central which made it really convenient and walkable to everything. I could also go back to the hotel during the day to drop off things. I liked how breakfast was included as well but I felt that the choices available were limited and mainly savoury and salad so I would suggest options like pastries or pancakes wouldn’t go a miss. I paid for a single room as I’m a solo traveler and got upgraded to a twin room but the walls are very thin so could hear the people in rooms next to me talking until late at night. Also the bathroom only has shower gel and no other toiletries available so I had to go out and buy some as I only had a carry on bag so my liquids had to be minimal. The hotel was good and I would probably stay here again but could be better with a few small additions.

Really cleaning and no smoking in the room.

Hotel right at the centre of old town, brilliant location. Perfectly adequate, but could have been a little cleaner (shower wasn't overly clean). Overall though, the hotel was just what was needed

Beautiful hotel in great location but please it's infested with bed bugs caught a live one in the morning
