A “well used” hotel - still use actual keys for rooms (nothing wrong with that but indicates lack of updates). Shabby carpet in reception repaired with gaffer tape (not great for 1st impressions). Rooms lacking soundproofing. Can’t comment further as decided it wasn’t for me and checked out without staying - this was within 10 mins of checking in, receptionist looked perplexed but didn’t actually ask if anything was wrong. The room was clean.

My partner and I had a wonderful weekend here in room 356 a nice size room with a balcony and a sea view .Breakfast buffet style with great options.The swimming pool ,sauna and hot tub fantastic.The beach is massive and it is a nice relaxing quiet area not like Blackpool we will definitely be back here highly recommend.

Parking was good , room was front facing, but Hotel overall is in need of major refurbishment. All areas looking extremely tired . Carpets worn , won’t be repeating our visit again in the future.

Our room was lovely, really spacious. Me and my daughter had a great stay. I was disappointed to learn after booking that there was an additional £10 fee for the children's activities. We didn't bother with these in the end. Also it was unclear from the website that children are only allowed in the pool at certain times, again this was disappointing. All in all though we had a great stay.

Yes we had a great view and a balcony couldn't fault it

The room we were given was noisy and this disturbed our sleep. We could hear hand dryers going off at 11pm. There was a constant noise throughout the night which sounded like the bathroom fan was on. Not ideal when you have a 3 year old child. Disappointing stay this time due to lack of sleep.

Lovely view over the beach. Child friendly, lots on to entertain the children. Food good. Nice clean room.

It’s were perfect when we arrived and checked in, staff were polite and helpful. But until when we go to bed at night time, there are storms that keep blown the window open because the window lock are damaged, I have to wake up more than 10 times to shut it that I couldn’t sleep. Apart from that I am happy with the hotel only loose one night sleep

Brilliant hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are clean, superfast Wi-Fi, great on site facilities eg. Gym, pool, spa facilities and children's entertainment. The buffet breakfast is great and value for money and caters for all.

Family focused hotel with facilities to match but for a business traveller the new Spa, Gym and Pool are a real bonus and rooms are comfortable and quiet. Great beach front location as well for evening walks or runs
