We visited The Village off season and the atmosphere was relatively quiet. Our room was not ready when we arrived at check in time but they did provide an upgrade at no additional cost, which was nice. The interior of the building is starting to show its age and detailed cleaning in the room was slightly lacking. The room itself did not have much in the way of hooks or towel bars for hanging things or drawers for storage. The kitchenette was good and provided most of the needed appliances. One of the two elevators was not working so some longer waits than expected. Overall we had a pleasant stay and the off season pricing was good value.

The pool was warm. The kutchen had all the amenities and the tub in the bathroom was amazing!!

Hotel was fine. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was just ok. Needed some serious TLC though. Starting to show its age. Sheets and pillow cases had a stale smell too. Otherwise it was just ok. Not sure we’d booo that room type again.

Check-in was smooth, but the wait for the room was far too long. By 5:00 PM, I still hadn’t received any notification. When I went to the front desk, I was told the room was still being cleaned, and it was only after I complained that they arranged another room for me. The room looked clean overall, but some less noticeable areas, such as the chair backs and the wall shelves, didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. The bathtub also drained a bit slowly, which could be improved.

Th staff were all super nice, the property is extremely run down and needs Maintainence Abit disappointed in this regard as it was our first time For what we paid here other places We have stayed at certainly surpass this

Property is great, right in the centre of blue mountain village, great for families with kids. We just had issue with the cleanliness of the swimming pool, it was prime summer when we visited, so ideally we expected the pool to be clean, but overall great experience, no other complaints, rooms were clean, great views and has everything you need for a short vacation from Toronto.

Rooms were great. Clean and we had everything we needed. Only downside was we were able to check into one hotel but our hotel was in a completely different place so we got turned around a bit. Otherwise, great experience

From the time we arrived to check in, everything was great! Sarah at the front desk was amazing, offering us an upgrade in order to be next to our friends since we were celebrating a bday that weekend. Rides, restaurants were great, staff was friendly and the grounds were clean. Would absolutely recommend, we will be back.

The property itself was great. Perfect location, clean room, great balcony etc. It was the staff and service or lack of at checkin which was terrible. There was a huge line with about 14 people in it. There was one person checking in non-timeshare owners, and 3 people standing at the owners check in doing absolutely nothing. There was not one person checking in there. At the regular check in there was the one person as mentioned who was also answering questions for 2 guests that had just checked in. The rest of us were waiting and were all getting visibly annoyed. At one point the guy thay had been working went on break and then the 3 at the other window checked in one guest. Together. 3 of them to check in one. When asked where the other guy went we were told he was on break. Finally a girl came and started taking people at the regular line. She told me she had just returned from break. With 14 people in line at 6:30pm. I made a comment that the parking for checking in had a 15 min max limit and we had been there for 45. She just laughed. Other patrons were loudly overheard making comments about the terrible service. After 45 mins a saw a manager but she didn't take any customers. Just looked around. Other than this terrible customer service experience. The room and resort itself were great. Especially with free parking. If I return I hope the check in experience is 180 degrees different than this one.
