We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Georgian Hotel. The room was large and well laid out with a nice fireplace and a good sized kitchen. The TV’s are a bit small and one of the remote controls was missing batteries. The room and the hotel itself were clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants and fun things to do close by. We would stay again. Very family friendly.

The room is very well appointed and spacious . Loved it ( was a little surprised to find the carpet, not entirely clean as it was visible food remnant still on the floor. Also, the coffee maker was not working. I called downstairs and within minutes they had replaced the coffee maker. They even gave me two free drinks at Starbucks plus a box of cookies. I appreciate that they acknowledged this and were so quick to rectify the situation. I would definitely stay here again!

This review has more to do with the state of the room not the property. We had non functional table lamps, dirty plates and cutlery in the cabinets and clumps of hair and dirt in the bathroom.

Everything was perfect

The room was alright but we stayed at the base of mountain and the underground parking lot was out of service so we had to walk the parking all the way down through the mountain with our luggage. There was no hotel staff on site so don't lose your card, nothing was really open. I get it was off season but it was disappointing stay.

We were in the Weider Lodge. The room was very clean and had a great kitchenette. Furniture was dated but bed bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Lots of choices for dining in the Village. Lots of shops. Local artists and one of the kind items. Outdoor activities are rocking after may 15th. Mini putt, canopy trekking, coasters, zip lining and rock climbing. When we were there we had a coaster ride and canopy trekking. Lots of fun.

Didn't use the hottub or the kitchen

The halls and lobby smelled like eggs (sulphur). It definitely impacted our stay.

Great stay!

Overall we had a great time staying here. The room and hotel needs a little tlc and new updated carpets in the hallways and our room. They were pretty worn out. Our room was what I expected and resort was good otherwise.

Staff was wonderful, check in was easy and quick, building was clean and room was very nice. Unfortunately there was a dance competition there for the weekend we were rudely woken up at midnight by screaming children across the hall and again at 4am by their drunken adult parents! What a horrible end to a what would have been a great weekend.
