Very disappointed with Anumana, ordered 2 rooms and only entered 1. Solution from the hotel manager. Move 1 more room to another hotel (even if it is close by) or move with 2 rooms to a village which is 7 km from the hotel and refund with 100% return within 2 weeks without any guarantee from the hotel. The reason is because all the rooms are full, the hotel takes no responsibility by passing the blame onto partners. It was only after we got angry that the hotel was willing to give us the room we were lacking which was rightfully ours. (means they lied, but in the end there was an empty room)? Our advice. It's better to just fire the manager. How come the manager doesn't have a solution and is very detrimental to consumers. I've given up.
