The application says that it has still 5 available rooms although at different prices. I booked 1 room. However upon arrival at the hotel, the staff informed us that they are fully booked for the night and they have mislooked the booking. They assisted us to one hotel for the night. However, when we check in on that other hotel, there were no wifi in the room, no toothpaste, no toothbrush, no shampoo, and there was a small cachroach on the CR. I was so disappointed and confronted the staff to transfer us to a room where there is wifi or refund my payment and let us book to another hotel. The staff informed us that wifi is available only at the reception area and that they cannot issue refund. However, the staff sensing my irritation has given us toiletries for free which is supposed to be for sale. I cannot blame the staff on that hotel because we have booked and expected our stay at hotel supreme and not to them. Hence, to Hotel Supreme, please update the availability of your rooms. How come, it says there were 5 available rooms but in actual there is none. I revisit the aplication to see if it was already updated however, it still says that there are 4 available rooms left after our booking. So disappointing really.
