Please improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel facilities. The rooms are quite mosquito-infested, and the pool area also looks rundown and poorly maintained, making the hotel feel damp and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the service at breakfast needs to be more responsive. Some items ran out but were not immediately refilled. When I asked for a refill on my nearly empty chicken balado, I was instead offered the two remaining wings. This was quite disappointing and gave the impression of unprofessional service. Hopefully, the hotel can improve the quality of its facilities and service in the future to ensure a more comfortable and satisfied guest experience.

It's pretty good, but the shower isn't so great.

Unfortunately, our experience was not very pleasant. The room had visible black mold on the upper wall, which was quite concerning. The bathroom floor was often wet after use, making it uncomfortable. We also noticed an unpleasant garbage smell in the front lobby area. On top of that, the room felt quite damp and humid during our stay. We hope the management can improve these issues for future guests.

It was really great to stay 3 nights at Amaris

The hotel staff was very friendly, the food was delicious, and perhaps the only thing that could be improved is the room maintenance, as it's probably quite old and needs some repairs. That's all. Thank you to Hotel Amaris Kuta for my two-day stay. I'll probably stay there again next time.

The cleanliness of the room is decent, for the toilet you need to pay attention to the availability of soap, doormats, the sink is clogged, not clean enough.
