The room was horribly decorated, and very very small. Did not match the room we expected. We upgraded to a deluxe room. Breakfast on the other hand was delicious....and it was nice to be served personally.

This hotel has a great location, the staff is super nice and the rooms small (as all in Paris), but comfortable and clean. We will be back. Continental breakfast very complete and delicious too.

Stellar hotel. Excellent service - staff friendly and helpful. They quickly secured a doctor for a ‘house call’ and picked up medication. Great location - walking distance to museums and landmarks - excellent restaurants within blocks. Will definitely return. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Europe.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Paris. The hotel was charming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Although our room was small, it was perfectly fine for our needs and very comfortable. It was a wonderful neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff was lovely! Location was AMAZING. We had 2 rooms with our two teen children and the space was good--the rooms were small but that was expected. When we arrived they were doing work in the front by the check in and it was not the best thing to immediately walk in to.

Amazing new hotel and amazing start

was a disappointing choice, considering the cost per night I paid. rooms are too small, elevator is too small, no-one is here if you want to order a coffee or a glass of wine, it would have been better if the breakfast is served as a buffet and not as a set menu, and more varieties , for someone who stayed 5 nights it was too much for me. I was overall not happy

Great staff - super friendly and helpful! We forgot our ring in our room when we left the hotel and they contacted us and offered to mail it back to us abroad!
