Get what you pay for! Could definitely be cleaner, didn't come with towels or toiletries but the staff were excellent and extremely accommodating, the pool was great, amazing sunset views, the location was good for staying in Chloraka - about 15 mins walk to restaraurants, bus stop and 20 mins to the beach, but a bus ride from Pafos town.

*Apartment looked significantly different from the photos advertised. * Photos made the apartment appear much cleaner, more modern and better maintained than it actually was. * Sofa was dirty and had a large tear in one of the cushions with stuffing coming out. * Bed was extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. * Only one thin pillow provided per person. * Mattress sheet was not fitted properly and came off repeatedly during the night. * Mattress underneath had visible dirt and what appeared to be blood stains. * No bath towels or hand towels were provided. * Had to contact the host multiple times regarding towels before they were eventually provided. * Shower holder was broken. * Shower curtain was dirty and had hair left on it. * Only one fork was provided in the kitchen. * Kettle and toaster were dirty and grimy. * Air conditioning remote had no batteries on arrival. * TV remote had no batteries. * TV did not work properly even after being switched on. * Bedroom air conditioning unit leaked water onto the floor. * Communication before arrival was difficult and responses were slow, causing concern about collecting keys. * Host eventually responded and was present when we arrived. * Accommodation felt poorly maintained and not accurately represented by the listing. We didn't arrive at the apartment till almost midnight. I was worried about access, but luckily the apartment manager was still there to let us in. There was a contact number visible for him, and as he lived either on-site or locally, I'm sure he would be on hand quickly to get you access. If you have sat-nav or maps on your phone, finding the place will not be a problem. I didn't have either and it was tricky if you're not in a taxi, or transfer. If trying to wing it, please pinpoint apartment on 'maps' and keep directions to it - it's in a quiet residential area if you're arriving after dark. Once settled in, we couldn't have had a better holiday. Beautiful location, easy parking and Mario the manager gave great attention during our stay. Thanks.

Good value for money (under 50E/night, off season) and nice balcony view.

absolutely terrible. key was left on a lock box, not inside of it. Room was dirty, stains on curtains and carpet. Light in bedroom flickered never stayed on. Damp mould everywhere. lock on door faulty. Stayed elsewhere

No towels or bath mat on arrival. Had to ask next day and they said 1/2 hour but weird for 2 hour and we had to buy towels. But got small threadbare towels from reception: Beds were hard as nails and pillows hard foam. Sheets and pillow slips discoloured and thin. Couldn’t sleep as back was so painful from hard bed. Cockroach and ants in kitchen, no tea towel, no plug in kitchen sink for washing up. Only 2 glasses and 3 cups. Cats everywhere crying for food.

The hotel itself was nice, appears to be a mixture of longterm lets and holiday stays. Shallow pool but good for swimming and essential in the Cyprus heat! The apartment was nice and spacious and the beds comfortable. There was plenty of free on site parking. Now the downside, there is no housekeeping during the stay, so you have to make your own beds and clean up after yourself. No bin in the kitchen, no oven tray, limited utensils etc. We had to do a shop for things you'd hope to be in a self catering apartment, like salt, pepper, bin bags, cleaning supplies. It's advertised as adult only, it's not. The air con in one bedroom wasn't working and it took 5 days to get fixed. No regularly manned reception desk, the manager (only staff member we saw) is in and out of his office in the day. Lots of wear and tear inside and outside. As long as you know what to expect, it's a good place to stay, best to drive rather than expect to walk places, although there are bus stops to get where you want to go about a km away.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. Only problems were trivial but there were a few of them. The kettle and Iron didn’t work and there was no hair drier as stated. Although we brought towels we didn’t think about dish towels and cloths. Bring these with you. Lastly, none of the taxi drivers knew the address. Finally a driver told us to ask to go to Chloraka Terrace and they would find that. All that said, I would recommend the complex and be happy to go back.

Horrible place, don't go!!!

The condition of the hotel was terrible moulding the whole place shower bedroom living room was mould than there was no breakfast including when I first booked in it was booked in with breakfast check in there was no one there they left under the mat no hot water to shower disgusting

The property and space was okay. However, the room was extremely dirty. There were dead bugs in the kitchen and on the floor and it looked as though it had not been cleaned for some time.

This is a lovely place to stay, but it does need a bit of tlc. Apparently there are plans to do some work soon. The pool is a good size and only 1.2m deep so quite safe. Our Villa as ok, but there were a few problems: worst, no smoke alarms! The extractor in the kitchen didn’t work, the oven had no shelves or grill pan, there was no microwave or toaster, not enough crockery, cutlery or glasses. No coathangers in the bedrooms. All small but irritating things which could easily be fixed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go there again.

Mario, the property manager,was super helpful arranging towels, electrical plug and providing local information.The pool was very clean and only criticisms were common areas untidy, property needs paint job and new linen needed. Having said this, really quiet place and would stay again.

Terrible. Do not go to this place. Bed bugs!!!! We couldn't sleep, we stung all over. The lobby is a filthy room full of secular parts, it looks like a room in the garage, the place is neglected and we didn't stay there for 3 nights. The man in the lobby doesn't answer messages, you have to call him. They took money for towels!!!

Had to change apartments, some shown were dirty, manager was very nice but trying to do it all, cleaner did not know how to clean .

It was a lovely spaces apartments but the cleanliness was worst, wall paint a peeling on most of the room,curtains were torn and stain, cobwebs everywhere especially underneath the bed,bedsheets have marks and stains.Need a total of refurbishment.Needs new sofas and bed because the one in there was rip and leather was peeling off

Lovely stay, apartments are quite basic in style and decor but have everything you need for a pleasant stay. No cleaners over our short stay but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room anyway. There are no towels in the room and the guy from reception charges 5 euro per large towel, he gives small hand towel for free. That was the only off putting thing. The apartments are in a quiet area and easy to get to. Sea isn’t too far away and if it states sea view then you’ll have it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, apartment had everything we needed and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again, thank you.
