Good value and friendly. I arrived early, wasn't a problem. Small room but nice and clean, decent bathroom and nice doorway out to a little garden at the back. Quiet and peaceful. Breakfast room is lovely, big windows and beautiful seaside light..

Our ground floor room was very hot. The rooms have only a full-length window for ventilation. With it open you have no security. But apart from that, everything else was fine
