The service was excellent, even upon check-out I was offered to leave my luggage in case I wanted to go sightseeing. The room was clean, and there was motorbike parking in the basement.

This was my first time staying here. It's directly opposite TP Mall, just a short walk across the street. There are plenty of eateries nearby, including McDonald's, Richeese, and cafes around the park. Parking is limited.

The hotel's strategic location is right in front of Tunjungan Plaza Mall. Just cross the street and you'll arrive. The staff, from the receptionist to the security guard, are friendly. The standard rooms are comfy and clean. The food could be improved in terms of taste and variety.
