Fukuyama city is a hidden jewel. Most of the bullet trains stop here and the access to major places, including Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, Yokohama, Tokyo, and Fukuoka is a direct line. If you want to visit Tomonoura where major movies scenes were taken, including Studio Ghibli and The Wolverine, I highly recommend Fukuyama.

I loved my room! It had a castle view and was very clean. The staff was friendly and helped me open a Ramune soda bottle. I recommend this hotel to others and would stay again.

The Claire restaurant provided excellent food and service. Your location by the train station made travel so easy. Your desk service/hospitality was also excellent.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel the staff was amazing. Helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean and comfortable. Multiple restaurants at the hotel and right across the street from the train station with many more restaurants and shopping. Will ability stay again.

GREAT LOCATION AND CONVINIENT TO ACCESS

I’ve been going to this hotel for years. I took the cheapest room this time, which said it was noisy, but it wasn’t at all! Bathroom is quite wide, bed is comfortable, and it was really quiet. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. It’s an older hotel that is quite famous in that area. Definitely would stay again.

Excellent value for room we paid for. Carpark is just behind the hotel. Hotel is just opposite the train station and castle. Many eateries and shopping opportunities at the train station.

The room I got at 6th floor is facing all the A/C heater cooler mechanics of the hotels, the sound is a little bit loud; it's probably because I booked the cheapest package. Overall, everything is pretty decent.
