Very comfortable stay. Staff very nice and helpful, recommended.

I had a standard double room ( 1A) for one night only. Everything was very clean, linens and towels good, shower/ bathroom very small but shower powerful and seems recently refurbished. TV in room plus kettle and fridge. Space to hang clothes. I was able to park at the front of the property no problem. Overall, a good basic hotel, no frills, external areas and carpets in dire need of refurbishment. You get what you pay for. It was only £52.

The room was super comfortable. But there was a cold spell! When I asked for more heat they responded immediately and I was given an electric heater that worked great. Very much appreciated. The walls are thin and noise in adjacent rooms or above is pretty loud. try for a top floor room or in the back!

Good value for money

When we arrived earlier than predicted our room wasn't ready understandably but we were given a free upgrade to one of their apartments nextdoor which was a lovely surprise. The apartment was nicely furnished, clean and had all the appliances you would expect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for you at breakfast , everything was cooked to your specifications and served at your table. Even if you wanted something from the buffet they would bring it to you, you didn't have to move. Our stay was wonderful and we wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

Good for a simple stay but terrible during heat since there’s no AC

Quiet, but clean and pleasant. Owner was very welcoming. Breakfast area clean, light and pleasant. Most welcoming being the electric charging point and somewhere safe to keep a bike.

Great service throughout my stay and immediately from booking. The staff were extremely helpful and exceeded my needs. They were polite, with great communication skills. I had a nice, clean room with my own bathroom, and a pleasant, quiet stay.

Handy for a trip into the centre of London using the Elizabeth Line. We needed overnight parking and a bed for the night so this hotel was ideal. Thanks.

Really friendly staff and a great location.

The whole experience was excellent, we had a first floor room, but the member of staff decided to up grade us to an apartment over the road at no extra cost because I wasn't able to do the stairs. We had a continental breakfast that we had to book and pay for there was also a cooked breakfast for extra money where as in their amenities info, the breakfast was free, I mentioned this to a member of staff The only thing that we didn't enjoy was the IT tech sent to us before our stay. I informed a member of staff about this and she was talking to her manager stating that the older customers couldn't grasp the IT Tech as they were not knowledge able with such things and were always afraid they had not booked their stay.
