Excellent personnel !!!

The property was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. AC worked great. The only complaint I have was the beds were uncomfortable.

Every thing

A few plugs didn’t work in our room but it wasn’t too big a deal. Back entrance didn’t work with our cards so we got locked out or had to piggy back with family several times. Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly.!

Dirty and nasty, room was not clean and it was outdated, not very happy with the room this time! Check in and check out only few hours later !

Best part was the employees everyone was great and friendly and cool they treat you right no matter what

The desk staff was very helpful.

The staff were so LOUD I couldn’t sleep comfortably and I will not go back

We come every year around the same time with grandkids to six flags. We stay here and every year we have a great time here. Thanks holiday inn we really appreciate everything..

Room was clean and properly was nice. Breakfast was great. There was an issue with homeless asking for food in the parking lot but that was not necessary the Hotels fault. Kids loved the pool!

The swimming pool is nice the pictures make it look bigger than it really is. The property seems to be rundown

Front desk was rude. Asked for more towels since there was 5 of us only got 2 and every time we asked for more towels they said they didn’t have anymore. Had the same towels the while trip.

The rooms felt a little way to behind. I’ve stayed in cheaper places that had more amenities. The drains just didn’t work properly, even after changing rooms the drains were the same.

Perfect for us, staff was friendly and breakfast was amazing!

Loved it

The room we got was fantastic. A King bed with 2 sofas. The room was large. We stayed 6 days and it was perfect. The weather was bad and we had to stayinside a few days. The kids were happy because they had their own space. I loved the environmental upgrade of having full bottles of Dove in the shower and bathroom. Kruieg coffee machine was a nice amenity. The remote had a broken top, but I was still able to use it.
