A great hotel well situated between the beach and the town just round the corner from the recently pedestrianised and famous Beach Road, so it was an easy task to explore both areas and their restaurants and amenities. The breakfast options were probably one of the best I have ever had and the staff were very efficient. We are not ‘spa people’, but we did try the pool area and this was excellent and I’m sure it would be perfect for anyone who enjoys that type of thing and it was included in the room price. We paid extra for a room with a balcony. I think it was worth the extra cost as it made the room seem a bit more ‘airy’ which it needed, because the room, bathroom and balcony were rather on the small size ( our only complaint).

Overall had a very good stay. Hotel is in a good location as close to beaches and shops. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good choice of breakfast and dinner options.

Really nice hotel with amazing Spa complex when you can relax and enjoy your time! One of my favorite Sauna in the world with the gorgeous views. Delicious breakfast including champagne! Super friendly stuff! Will be back again anytime soon! Thank you :)

Pleasant surprise to get the Spa included!

Comfortable room with great spa facilities. We booked this last minute as part of an Estonia trip. The outside was a bit “Soviet” style architecture which was off putting but the inside had been beautifully redone. Spa and saunas an added bonus. We really loved them and it’s not our usual choice. Staff knowledgeable and super helpful. By large hotel standards the breakfast was ok rather than great.

Strange hotel. Spa and gym are excellent. Reception service is average. Breakfast is poor. Housekeeping is terrible. Noisy rooms.

I had been to this spa for a few days 11 years ago and wanted to return. Stayed for 2 nights to relax at the spa and be close to the beach. It was fun. Too expensive though. Booked way in advance. Had to pay small upgrade on the spot to get a balcony so we could chill outside after the spa. Next time I would stay at a cheaper hotel and get a 3 hour pass here.

Modern hotel with access for guests to the spa and its 5 saunas and pool. Extra charge to access the pool with dead sea salt extracts was worth it. Great breakfast buffet included.Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel but the only problem is the children. It takes off any SPA experience that could be exist and turn it into an hotel for families.

We had a great 2 night stay in August 2024 and the highlight was the waters/saunas on the property. We used the facilities every day and it really exceeded our expectations. We were able to walk to the historic town as well as the beach. Parnu itself is quite lovely and was a fantastic restful few days in the middle of a long trip. We would definitely stay there again! We knocked off a star because the rooms are a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. Dated but clean.

I opted for a suite rather than a room for a 110€ difference. This came with perks: free parking (normally 20€), free access to the dead sea pool (normally 9€ per person), free minibar (free booze and water). The level of comfort was great as we could host our friend in the living room area. The spa complex is excellent with great sauna choices and the restaurant had great food for a rather affordable price.

What an amazing Spa Hotel! Everything was top notch, especially Spa with 8 different saunas and variety of food in breakfast (it includes Prosecco!)

Perfect place for my one night business trip. You can workout in the gym that has everything included and afterwards go to the sauna and relax at the spa. Reception spoke many languages fluently so for international travellers it is a good plus. Breakfast is wonderful. Wifi is included and fast. I warmly recommend this place. Only downsize is the paid parking (10 euros for 24h) but that was to be expected.

I had a fantastic time in Parnu. would definitely visit again for a super relaxation get away. The spa was fantastic.

Spa

Very nice spa!

The room was fairly small, but bed was comfortable and shower and bathroom overall made good use of the space. We were on the third floor, and used the bridge on our floor to walk to the spa across the street. The spa is amazing with 7 saunas. The Noot restaurant staff accommodated us on the evening we arrived for dinner despite being very busy. The breakfast was good with a big variety of choices from lox to eggs to cereal. It is located within walking distance of the beach, but the weather was not particularly good it was cloudy/windy at times and rained nearly every day. The front desk person kindly loaned us a wall charger as our luggage was delayed. This resort is only eight years old and still seems new. Highly recommend!
