Would not recommend. No water pressure or hot water if another unit is also using water. The bathroom is a disaster, water runs out into the kitchenette area, bathroom sink is stained, light doesn't work, shower shelf is broken and mould in the shower. Fridge makes constant noise and the air conditioner sounds like it's going to fall off the wall. Light bulbs missing, stained sheets. The room smells like a cheap deodorizer that is so strong it burns your eyes. Breakfast is nothing like what is advertised - no pancakes, no coffee machine, no juices except for about an inch left in them and we were the first ones in. But we did get a frying pan even though there's no cooking facilities lol If you get unit 1, you're really in for a treat.

Always so welcoming and friendly. Accommodating of our early check in for my anxious dog. Have been staying here for a long time and will continue to do so. 100/10!

Room and bathroom condition wasn't good, cleanliness needs improvement. Breaksfast was on offer, but when we got there at 7am there was hardly anything left. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Great service, dog friendly, close to food. But rooms have limited sound resistance and it can be noisy, the area does have some undesirables that move past and around conducting illicit behaviours. However, overall very good. Those undesirables witnessed never actuall entered the immediate area. We would stay again. The staff were the most impressive thing, very friendly and great service.

Easy access, friendly staff but lacklustre breakfast we rarely took advantage of.

Very tidy room. Air con was a bit loud. And shower put water all over the bathroom floor. But other than those minor things it was a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend to anyone on a budget.

Motel was handy and close to most things. Room was fairly clean just no dishwashing liquid to wash cutlery and crockery and only had one coffee mug in room. Continental breakfast was reasonable but time open didn't always suit. Crockery available for breakfast wasn't the cleanest.

Lovely staff, but the rooms are horrible, bathroom and cutlery in room dirty, not sound prof at all, can hear the rooms next door and the loud neighbours. Really run down

Stayed 1 night with partner and pet. Very helpful and friendly. Other guests we met were very friendly . Park down the road good distance to walk the dog.

The room was very clean and there was no problem accepting our dog. Owners were very friendly. Free Continental breakfast was available in the morning. Walking distance to dining options...so great location. 10 minutes walk to Coles. Would recommend to anyone looking at staying overnight in Toowoomba.

We booked as pet friendly the room was good more than adequate, pet friendly facilities nonexistent. No screen door essential, no area to exercise your pet for comfort stop.

I have reviewed this multiple times lets just say i have taken this place to fair trade qld due to its complete disgusting dirty brothel vibe. Want some drugs go there and buy some down in the last 6 or so rooms full of druggies. Want stains on everything in your room and hair even the f-ing tv had it. Wish me luck on my fair trade adventure trying to get thia place shutdown or at least get my money back which he refuaed to give me and smiled about it. Goodluck everyone who stays here.

Staff were lovely and overall a good spot if you are looking to stay overnight. Wasn’t sure how to access the breakfast that was available.
