Spacious but very basic. The buildings are all tired and need a refurb. We stayed in block 3 which was by the road and it’s noisy. You can hear traffic from the bedroom even with the AC on. There’s no lift either. Lacked essentials like a kettle, condiments ie salt pepper etc. did get a kettle off housekeeping eventually after asking. Theres a safe in the room but its an extra €4 per day to rent it. Only one spare pillow in cupboard. Got another from reception but no cover. The duvet didn’t have a cover either, you had to use the sheet on the bed which didn’t fit it right. Balcony walls grotty. Kids at pool were annoying; noisy throwing a ball about, splashing guests etc and left unsupervised - I’m sure they were the maintenance/ground staff’s kids as they knew them well and spoke same language (not Spanish more like Moroccan Arabic or something). All for kids playing etc but this was OTT and you couldn’t relax. Location was good and reception staff were friendly and upbeat. Overall it wasn’t worth the money paid, and it meant our hols started on a downer. I’d do more research and stay somewhere else nearby as the area is sound and on the quieter side of the bay.

Great little place to stay. Walking distance to the beach and lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Pool was nice and not too busy.

What a lovely calm relaxing

We stayed there for a short break - 3 nights. The property is ideally situated at the quieter end of Santa Ponça with a small bay and harbour nearby. It’s also a short walk to the main beach. The apart/hotel itself is more of a traditional style, no frills but it does have everything that you need. Clean rooms with small kitchenette, aircon and really comfy bed. The pool is well maintained with a life guard on all day. There is no bar or restaurant, but that is not an issue as there are many places around. The staff were more than friendly and helpful. I would return.

I have a warm welcome with the staff. The location is good and walkable to dining areas. The room is clean and tidy.

I’ll start by saying this is a nice location and the area is walkable with two beaches nearby and buses are very easy. The place is fine for what you pay for but they did not clean our room the whole time w were there for 3 days. Our towels weren’t changed and trash was never taken out. Nor did they give us bags to take it out ourselves or dish soap to wash dishes. Would have been nice to know we needed to supply all these things. Also bring a pool towel bc they say it’s forbidden to use the singular towel they give you at the pool. Bad sewage smell as well.

Excellent, you will not regret.

The Internet was very unstable. Areas is not exact by the sea as shown in pictures.

Alright place short walk from the beach. Disappointing to find extra costs for every little thing including the ability to use the safe in the room having a daily cost and for towels.

We enjoyed our stay. There was a pool for days when it was too hot to go elsewhere. Many restaurants nearby, beach 5 minutes walk if you're slow. Ideal.

Had an amazing stay. The apartment was as it appeared in the photos. The rooms are relatively basic but it had everything we needed for the week. The pool was a good size and plenty of sun beds in sun and shade. It was a very chilled atmosphere which is perfect for relaxing. Ideal location for us: Super close to a smaller beach and only 5-10mins walk to the main beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful at the reception.

The staff were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the sofa beds were of excellent quality. The pool area and grounds were all spotless.

Lovely quiet hotel within easy walk into where the main restaurants and bars are but in a lovely quiet area to enjoy your holiday. Also easy to get a sun bed. 2 beaches within an easy walk. The children enjoyed the pool and the rooms are perfect, small kitchen with enough cooking utensils for lunch and beds were so comfortable. The perfect get away.

The receptionist was very friendly, professional, and helpful. A/C within the units was a big plus. We enjoyed our stay!

It was a lovely holiday with family. The views from the rooms were beautiful and I loved every day spent there.

Reception staff were very helpful and the location was great for us - a 5 minute walk from beaches, shops and restaurants, but in a quiet area.

The Apart hotel is in a quiet part of Santa Ponsa but very close to the center. The place is very clean and well maintained. There was no noisy clients and the staff is excellent. If we come back to Santa Ponsa we will stay there for sure! See you soon :-)
