The location is a bit back, and the road to the villa is quite narrow and uphill. But the facilities, room size, cleanliness, and food are top-notch. For the affordable price, we felt truly comfortable. Thanks a lot!

Awesome! The room was very spacious and very clean. The price was reasonable but the facilities were excellent. There was a bathtub, so you could fantasize, haha. The hotel staff was also friendly. The food was delicious too. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place, nice and helpful staff, spacious room, clean bed. There is already a smart TV that can watch Netflix and YouTube, AC, hot shower, mini fridge, breakfast is delivered to the room. I ordered fried rice last night when I checked in. The air is really cool there. The bathroom is a bit damp. The road access to the hotel is a bit steep and extreme.. but it's okay, only for a short while. Passing the river bank to the entrance to the inn. Parking is not that big, if you enter first you have to wait for other cars to get out. Thank you, a pleasant experience

I stayed for a week, the location was fine, a bit inside and the road to the villa was broken, it's fine for 1 car but for the bike must be really carefully. The room wasn't that clean when I first checked in but the room was spacious and the staffs cleaned it every day. I didn't see many staffs there but they tried their best to give the best service for me. Their breakfast especially the noodles was the best, you should try it!

Got suite room 02 but the water heater can't be used. I've complained for 2 days but the water heater hasn't been fixed. Please, if there is a hot and cold water facility in the future, check it first before the customer enters the room.

The villa is comfortable. We stayed at Rumah Kayu Villa with 2 bedrooms, a pool, and a kitchen. The air is very cool and fresh, and the water is good. The only problem is the gate to enter the villa is too small. The road should be fixed and more paving added so when it's heavy rain, the street is not too slippery. After all, we enjoyed staying at Puri Payogan.

Cleanliness is not maintained, there are many ants on the bed. The lotion and soap bottles are empty. There are many ants in the bathroom, even in the toilet and bidet. The staff is friendly, only the hotel facilities in the bathroom are not considered. Next, do not choose to staycation at this hotel.

Unexpectedly, the room was big. Got a private pool too. Unfortunately, there were a lot of fallen leaves in the pool, then I don't know why I left it for a while and suddenly the floor in the room was dirty like animal feces. The bathroom was clean and big. Nice

Very very bad…. It turns out the location is very steep…and this is not explained in the description…at first we were surprised that the location entered a valley with a steep road 😭 we brought a big car, I got out of the car and walked to the hotel to make sure I didn't take the wrong road, in front of the hotel there was a river and it happened to be raining so the water overflowed onto the hotel entrance, the parking lot was muddy and unpaved, so my sandals and skirts were all dirty. This hotel has a lot of stairs, if you bring a lot of stuff it's a hassle to lift it, it happened that we got a room on the top floor, like staying in the middle of the forest, lots of animal sounds all night long, we felt uncomfortable here at all. The bathroom was dark and not well lit. The AC in the room was very hot even though the temperature was already 16, in the morning we only got fried rice and fried noodles for breakfast, luckily we only took it for 1 night, this was also because it was high season and other hotels were full. I only stayed here once and won't be back again.
