Internet was very intermittent and there were no sockets near bed. My sink in bathroom was coming loose. Staff moved me to another room

Lady on reception was lovely. Room fine, but room and bed smelt of mould, couldn't get rid of it. I was surprised my room was not made up or towels changed for 2nd night stay. Apart from that it was fine.

My stay was for one night as i was travelling from the Midlands to do a cycling sportive at The New Forest the following day, with an early start. The staff were very polite and helpful, the room had just been decorated and the only issue was the showerhead could have done with either a good scrub or changing. All in all a pleasant stay couldn't hesitate booking again.

Great place, very friendly staff, rooms spacious and comfortable. Slept well through the day, as working nights. Not much of meal choice at the adjacent Roadchef unfortunately...

I booked a delux room with one double bed and the photo showed a sofa in the room. I got a room with one double and one single bed and no sofa. The reception said there was no such room as I had booked at this hotel. ? The bath/ shower only had the hot tap working so the shower became very hot and was unable to cool it. Otherwise a very comfortable and quiet night.

Not a good place to stay. An infestation of flies (yes in December) throughout hotel including the bedroom. Plug socket hanging off wall, hand soap out, shower boiling & had to spend ages getting it even usable, no tea bags & coffee (given when asked, but no apology). Was a one night stay so bearable but wouldn't return.

Ticked all the boxes. Note that the two Days Inns in the two services on different sides of the dual carriageway share the same postcode, and apparently people are always ending up in the wrong one.

Don’t really enjoy sharing my room with the guest of flies . The obviously knew they had a problem as the wall outside my room still had wet plaster drying . The smell was dreadful but being so late I had to put up with it . But the the flies started coming . They should have shut down until they sorted the problem . Environmental health will be contacted
