Good hotel and comfortable room Easy check in

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were not as described at all and felt misleading compared to what was advertised. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any proper rest. We were a group of four families, each with four children, and we had booked four family rooms in advance. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were not enough family rooms available, and as a result, two of the families were forced to be separated, which was completely unacceptable and very stressful, especially when traveling with children. On top of that, the staff was rude and unhelpful, showing little concern for the situation or for fixing the problem. Overall, we were not happy at all with our stay and felt the hotel did not deliver what was promised. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

Room quite dirty. Staff quite unfriendly and uncommunicative. Breakfast had poor selection, which was not replaced, with no fruit and the only hot selection was luke warm overcooked bacon , which was hard to chew. Wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel

Nice hotel. Tram station infront of the hotel. No need to catch taxi to reach mulhouse train station as tram is cheap and easy. Nice breakfast

From arriving at the hotel late, we were welcomed really well. Booking in was so quick and easy. The staff gave advice on how to find the Museum we were visiting the following day and were to get food late on in the evening. From the following morning the Lady in charge of reception absolutely brilliant looking after us impeccably nothing was a bother for our whole stay. We will be at the museum again and will have no problem in booking with the B&B Hotel in Mulhouse ten stars.

For the price the room is clean and quiet with blackout curtains. The twin bed was comfortable. There are no amenities which is fine for a 2 star.The streets are empty at night so be aware.

ld hotel, our room was on top of the hotel kitchen, at 5am we got all the smells. You can hear a tram stopping in front. No parking despite the hotel description said it had it

Nice hotel for an over night stop on the way home. The room we had was bigger than expected. The breakfast area was small but OK. Dogs are welcome. Nice and close to a lovely square with numerous bars over looking a stunning church.

The property was clean and walking distance to the center. We didnt know we had to reserve fpr the parking area, but found one closeby.

Very good centre of city easy access to shopping and restaurants. Basic and simple hotel well worth the money. Good sound proofing from street noises.

No kettle in the room but available at reception. Bought one along with cus, coffee and milk powder. Also microwave is available at reception. A nice coffee machine is also available downstairs. Booked two rooms. Cleaners do their best job every morning. Our room toilet seat was slightly damaged prior to our arrival and reported. Other than that nothing to complain. Ten minutes walk to Mulhouse Station. Tram stop just outside the hotel. Happy.

Good position immediately adjacent to a tram stop, but the local area is a bit run-down. Secure parking in a nearby building. Helpful receptionist in spite of an error at check-in. Room and bathroom adequate for a short stay. Breakfast reasonable considering the price of the stay.

Staff were super helpful. Car park was not secure as door to street wouldn't lock.

We were travelling from UK to Italy and stopped here for one night. They do have underground parking but our SUV & roofbox wasn't going to fit through the door. You have to pay for their parking also (6 euros i think). However there was open air parking across the road, pay & display at a reasonable rate. Car park did look a bit sketchy tbh but... lots of other cars using and ours was fine the next morning, yay lol. Very helpful and friendly chap on reception, room was clean & comfortable and shower was great. Mulhouse is a great place to walk around with things to see, bars, restaurants etc. And you're only a few hundred meters from the action. A nice place to stop on our road trip. We didn't take the breakfast but it looked usual continental style.

The staff is really amazing and the checking went very smoothly. It's was a convenient stay but cleanliness is indeed something that could be reviewed

This place has a severe mold problem (room 310) I couldn’t even spend 10 minutes in the room without getting a headache. Had to hold my breath in the bathroom. Maybe it’s because I went during Art Basel , but they said they had nothing else available. Thankfully I was able to check into another hotel down a few blocks down. Sure I’m paying for a budget hotel but I’m not paying for an unsafe environment. They’re begging for a lawsuit.
