The best location, close to everything, surrounded by restaurants and shopping areas. Access to public transportation is also easy. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly.

The noise above the room is very loud and disturbing, there is no hairdryer, every time I enter the room the AC suddenly turns off and I have to turn it on again manually, but thank you for allowing me to check in 3 hours earlier.

The location is quite convenient, and the room is clean. Perhaps because I'm staying on the second floor, I can hear some noise.

when come here, no greeting from the staff, at least you can say good evening. i checked in at 1.30 am midnight due to delay of flight then got problem with the AC, HOT. room 502. i couldn't sleep. so upset. Found cockroach too. Pease improve, because before i always stay here.

The hotel location is very strategic, even though it is in a small alley, it is not a problem. This is my second stay at Gateway, next time I will also be a Gateway subscriber because of the strategic location (close to December, Platinum Mall, Big C, CentralWorld), in front of the hotel there are many culinary, clean and affordable prices.

Staying here has its pros and cons. The pros are it's close to Pratunam and close to food places. The cons are the small alley can't get cars in, the bedroom is quite narrow
