A great place to stay with young children! Very accommodating, had a travel crib set up in our room on arrival. Recommend highly for families!

Charming little house that you can never imagine houses as many rooms as it does. Our room was on the top floor and accessible by elevator (thank god), since stairs were steep and narrow. It was spacious, bright and clean with modern amenities. A couple of quirks I will mention as warning for others. The hotel closes at 9 pm and if you arrive later you will find the doors locked and lights off. We finally figured out the emergency line for the hotel and called them, but we did have about 30 minutes of panic while trying to figure out what to do in a small town at 10 pm. Once we reached them, they gave us the code to get in and instructed us on where our room key was. Apparently they had tried calling, but since reservation was through Expedia they had not been able to reach us. Another quirk was breakfast. Even though it was readily available, it was not included in the room price, but also not very expensive. So if you slip and accidentally eat, it won’t break your bank account. Overall a great little space.

Great stay. I recommend. Such a treat to have your room cleaned everyday. Although the curtains were dirty (everything else was spotless though). AC would have been nice. Great location and friendly staff.

This was a great little boutique hotel in the heart of Trouville. The rooms are modern and clean and very comfy, especially the beds. Could have done with a fan in the hot weather though as no air con. Car parking however is a shambles which isn't the hotels fault but they should try to get some reserved spaces in the Indigo car park. We drove for an hour to find a space and had to abandon the car 20 min walk away in the end. Also, the ground floor rooms are liable to noise from drunks walking home from the casino in the early hours.

When we turned up the hotel was closed with only a message in french. We called Hotels.com who did very little, other than try and sell us another hotel for one night. We had a 5 month old baby and had to spend the night sleeping in the car, which was horrendous. Hotels.com were told this was the situation they didn't care and were not interested unless we spent more money. I will never use this site again and would discourage all others to avoid at all costs

Nice modern room. Although small it was well designed and perfect for our one night's stay. Good breakfast spread and very helpful receptionist.

Vacation trip to France from USA. Very pleasant staff who helped with our limited French with good English. Parking off site on neighboring streets was limited and she helped us find parking not too far away. Sometimes you can get lucky and get a spot closer but they fill up fast. The parking garage close to center of town would have been very expensive for overnight. They have a delivery parking space to unload your luggage. No AC in room. Very nice and modern interior. Very clean. Good wifi Breakfasts are 14 Euros

Hotel is very nice. Staff is great. Located in a nice part of town close to the beach and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the seagulls which had nothing to do with the hotel. Would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Located close to the beach, casino, and the restaurants. It is built into two townhouses and very charming. Our room was clean and well appointed but small even for European hotels. Our only gripes had to do with the fact we had to close the window at night because people had congregated and were drinking and smoking below our room. Not the hotel's fault but seriously interrupted our sleep and then the room was too hot with the window closed. Nonetheless, a very good experience and will definitely stay again.
