The rooms were bright and clean. However the linens are not perfectly white as looks dated snd a bit smoking smell in the room.

The faucet is broken in room 208... stayed for 4 days and no staff came to repair it. In short, everything was good, only the bathroom faucet was broken so taking a shower was uncomfortable. I didn't take a picture of the broken shower faucet. But this is the truth because when I was in room 207, the faucet was not damaged.

I had a great stay at Ramada, the hotel staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, the breakfast was quite delicious, the room was clean, but the bathroom was quite small, otherwise it was great.

A last minute change of travel plan on the day after new year in a big city is a bad concoction to finding a good hotel deal. Wasn't putting high hopes at all. But lo and behold found this little gem of a place. Tucked just a little way out of the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City but still within walking distance to all the her sights and scenes. The hotel is tastefully decorated in a modern yet simple style. After a tiring day in the city, this hotel has all the right ambiance and amenities to rest the weary traveler. We especially like the rooftop swimming pool; Its outdoor sitting area is just the place to spend a lazy evening watching the city go by.

Khách sạn có vị trí trung tâm, gần với các điểm du lịch. Phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ, phòng vệ sinh nhỏ khá chật chội, ăn sáng ít món. Nhìn chung chất lượng phù hợp với giá phòng. Tôi không hài lòng vì lễ tân bắt đền cái khăn tắm do dính đất bẩn ở 1 góc khăn và bắt đền 180k trong khi vết bẩn do đất bẩn có thể giặt sạch dễ dàng.

Everything was pretty ok, the bathroom was clean but too small for it to be uncomfortable! Down the hall is not so attentive, deserted so there is a feeling of "abandoned"! Friendly staff! Menu-style breakfast, not buffe! Probably due to few customers! Generally it should be 3 stars! I think the hotel has to refurbish and take care of the lobby more to match 4 stars

The room is nice and good enough for 2 persons. The hotel is walking distance to all tourist spots like Saigon post office, cathedral and vincom centre at District 1. All the staffs were so helpful and they can communicate in English. Just a little problem with wifi as it is too slow and unstable thus overall experience was excellent.

Located at a not so busy street of D1, beside a really nice eine Gallerie. Very clean & the Staffs are all friendly. Good selection of buffet breakfast

The room is really too small to be a standing bath, I am a girl but I still feel that I don't understand how the western customers feel, the window in the room is sealed with room, but in general, the room of the mysterious room, my first impression entering the room is smelling, turning on the air conditioner for a long time. The set-up staff lacks items in the bath, no razor or mini kit, until it comes down to remind the new receptionist, the pool is small, the breakfast is good, the service attitude of the staff is very good.

The exterior was nice. Got the suite, two TVs, a big bathroom, bathtub. The room service was awesome! Only the breakfast disappointing much. Rather go find food outside.

Good location with nice neighborhood

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is delicious, however the pool is a bit floaty, and the noise from the hotel's construction made me unable to sleep well in the morning.
