This hotel is not located near any good food stalls or mall. The view is also not very nice. Probably suitable for business as the guest is always on the move but no food available.

The shower always dripped water, it didn't stop, every floor was too dim and the air conditioner didn't turn on so it was stuffy.

The location is walking distance to Kuching Specialist Hospital (about 300m). next to hotel is a chinese eatery. The hotel itself is generally clean and comfy with basic toiletries. The downside is weak wifi in the room

Not okay, no WiFi, bathroom no toiletries, the room smells musty.

The room was actually clean. The shower in the bathroom can't work properly and it just results dripping water. So it's very hard to take a bath. Hope can fix it soon so other guest wouldnt face the same problem. About the front desk staff is not professional since I asked question. He was answering while playing Games in his phone.

Have stayed at Grand Medallion Hotel twice. Close to the hospital. KPJ
