This is a simple but very comfortable hotel, both for its location and the comfort of its rooms. It is not in the centre of Valencia's attractions, but it has a metro and tram station on the doorstep and is 15 minutes away from everything. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. This small hotel has everything.

Nice terrace and balcony rooms

I felt safe and welcome at this property. Shopping facilities were all around the property. Very convenient for transport. A shoot out to the staff who were very friendly and worked very hard to accommodate hotel requests. I do prefer to have access to a safe in room. Something that was not in place. Valuables could be secured at front desk. Some staff spoke several languages which was helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again if l return to Valencia.

The check-in process was ridiculously complicated and confusing. They were the only hotel that required I check in and pay the first night before arrival, though Expedia indicated this wouldn’t be necessary. The original they gave me to check in didn’t work so they had to send another. Then they credited and debited my card several more times. The hotel is a long walk (almost an hour) from the main train station. On the plus side: bed less hard than others I experienced in Spain, breakfast reasonably priced, nice sized room and bathroom.

I have been here several times because this hotel is small but perfect for me. I have all what I need around this property. I recommend it.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Run by a good team. Plenty of space in the rooms. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choices.

Great location a 20 minute walk into the centre of Valencia , lovely comfortable room nice bed and great shower we had a room with a terrace which was lovely , hotel staff very friendly asked for a kettle and some mugs for the room no bother a nice touch a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. If I was busting Valencia again would definitely stay here again

it is a very simple hotel, very well located, within walking distance of the historic centre. Despite its simplicity, the hotel is truly exceptional in three respects: the staff is genuinely friendly and dedicated, the facilities work perfectly well in all respects and the breakfast is excellent. In short, the price/quality ratio of this hotel is second to none. And if you're the kind of person who likes to enjoy bars and restaurants that are not so often visited by tourists, this is the perfect place.

The staff was very helpful and courteous

Parking is not free, and street parking is non-existent. The lobby was nice for visiting with friends. The door striker plate was out of whack, and it was almost impossible to latch the door so it couldn't just be pushed open, and it was impossible to lock it.

You could easily miss the hotel Olympia beside the Metro. But once you've found it you realise you cant judge a book by its cover. Knowledgeable and friendly staff are so helpful in making your holiday as good as it could be. I'll definitely come back to the Olympic

good hotel, dated room

Staff are very helpful right from check in. Comfortable and welcomign atmosphere Quaint and clean hotel, with an excellent location and very convenient re transportation in Valencia.

Check in was friendly and efficient, including arranging car parking for us. Our room was spacious with a great terrace looking out towards the city. The location of the hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk into the town centre but we hired bicycles from the hotel (€12) which were great- Valencia is a very bike friendly city. Breakfast was great value although the dining area is small meaning you sometimes need to wait for a table.

The place was perfectly clean, functional and offers an excellent service and good base. It doesn’t offer luxury but is comfortable and good value. Buffet breakfast is amazingly only €7.20! Brilliantly situated for public transport to practically anywhere in the city with the metro stop and tram just within a minute away. There are bars, and cafes and casual dining but convenient rather than recommendable.
