Because of hip and knee problems, it was wonderful to have helpful staff carry my case up the stairs into the hotel. I had a lovely first-floor room, clean, bright, with a spacious bathroom that had a separate tub from the walk-in shower. There was a good amount of space in the area that had a closet and a desk. The selection of teas in the room was excellent for me since I am not a coffee drinker, but they had organic coffee, too. From decorations to comfort and especially to the helpful staff, this was a great choice for me as a solo traveler.

Take care although this property is in a fabulous location, clean and has friendly staff. Bed was very uncomfortable/hard, our shower room flooded, we were put in a room that was so dark in lighting you could barely see and the third party provider double charged us for parking and hotel is unable to assist with this when i called for help and provider is uncontactable.

Breakfast menu was fresh and had a big selection. Staff were so friendly and helpful, offering advice when asked. The bar was extremely well stocked. Room very clean

Very nice and clean room friendly staff were very helpful in aiding me with paying for the car park which was the only thing I would change I don't understand why car parks are outsourced. But we will stay again fantastic hotel and staff thankyou

Rooms need refurbished. Ive never stayed in a so called luxury hotel that had threadbare carpets before. It was such an awful shock.

Beautiful hotel and location. Staff friendly but lack of communcation and so confusion upon check out with upgrade. We upgraded to the Bruce suit, which was a beautiful room but the batroom let it down slightly and in need pf some tlc. Otheriwse wouldve been 5 stars and fully recommended.
