Really beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff, excellent food and drinks. Do not forget to reserve a table in advance though!

Stay here every year and after a decade it is still as good as ever.

My room was a bit small but the porridge was legendary.

Hotelroom was nice and pratically equipped but small.You have to rise stairs to hotel area but receptionist helped us with luggages.It was short way to shopping-streets. Dinner in restaurant was exelent. Breakfast was surprising tasty. Restaurant used very much local products

The owners who run the hotel have a good idea of what a stay should be like. The room was comfortable, clean and cool. I appreciated the air conditioning considering it was 30C outside. The lobby and living room were very nice with nice jazz music playing. The restaurant is top notch… you will spend a lot of money but it is worth it! The service (at the restaurant) was very good. After dinner we went to sleep… we slept very well. The breakfast was fabulous… lots of yummy things to eat. Hotel Yöpuu is truly a “Gem” in Jyväskylä! This boutique hotel has EVERYTHING covered. I would definitely book there again 😄

Excellent hotel and stay, but the air conditioning made a horrible noise and could not be shut off. Since there was no night portier, nothing could be done. I barely slept.

Hotel is old, but beautifully restored. Rooms are large and comfortable. Lounge and restaurant have maintained their original charm. Great breakfast! Only drawback, no elevator.

The hotel was just a dream, totally made our visit. It was close to railway and shops and felt like a home from home. We only eat breakfast which was just perfect for setting us up for the day.

This is a really nice boutique hotel. The rooms are very cosy and welcoming and the bed sumptuous, so you are guaranteed a good nights sleep. There is parking at the back of the hotel and free internet. Breakfast is included - mostly cold buffet but with omelettes and English breakfast on request (also free). The staff are charming and helpful. The elements of the design, layout, background music create a uniquely elegant atmosphere. I can highly recommend it.
