Hotel cheap and cheerful. Tidy enough but a little dingy. Done the job and right next to tube station which was handy

This was a great little hotel that had everything and was so kind. The room they had wasn’t ready and moved me to a different room which they claimed didn’t have any outside noises from the street, and they were 100% it was so silent it was enjoyable. The bed was comfy, and the small space was perfect for the room, the bathroom was also a nice, clean space. Their customer service from my one night there was great, lots of choices on the drinks bar. It was a great short stay location

For the price, this is a great hotel. Comfy king size bed, working flat screen TV with all the apps, good shower, a desk to work from. Would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room that we booked was very spacious & the beds! No lie, it's the comfiest we have ever laid on 😴 my friends and I only got to stay overnight but if ever we come again to the city, we'll surely book this hotel. Highly recommended 💯

area was too noisy , eight next to train station train pass every 5 min from 6 am to 12 midnight can hear it loud in the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Handy location. Room exactly as photos which was great. Good shower, room had lots of features ( safe, fridge, kettle). Pleasantly surprised at accommodation!

The room was terrible! No window, dirty carpets, dirty sheets. The staff were very unfriendly specially night staff. Area is dodgy and even though by the tube station it’s very uncomfortable. If I didn’t have a dog I’d never stay here and don’t recommend to anyone.

For the two nights we spent, it was just fine. The room was quite small, a bit noisy as it is literally at the train station. Staff was attentive and welcoming.

Chap in reception was super helpful and friendly. Room and other hotel facilities were spotless

bathroom door and skirting boards were chipped and need a coat of paint, the room was very very small and strangely laid out. Comfy bed and a decent shower though

Nice hotel in a great location with market nearby and plenty of great food options. Also literally round the corner (15 metres) from the tube stop to get to the centre. Comfortable beds & rooms with good air conditioning. Clean bathroom.

I was looking for a good value option for a short stay in option and this place delivered. It was key for me to be able to rest and sleep, which was achieved. The bed was comfortable and while being literally right next to the tube station, it was perfectly quiet which was very welcome. The staff were super accommodating, stored my luggage, and were just very friendly.

Literally right next to the station. But the neighborhood is pretty bad, and very hard to park and offload if you travel with a car. The staff was nice enough to let me park at the front overnight though. Our room was in basement and doesn't have any windows. No ventilation in the room except a pretty weak AC. The loft was out of order and it was inconvenience to the elderly and when you need to carry your belongings with you. Overall the staffs are friendly and supportive but the amenities and location are not up there

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Shepherds Bush. It was very clean and staff were extremely nice. The hotel is ideally located adjacent to the tube and across the street from some phenomenal falafel. The first room we were shown was below grade and had only a small window through the ceiling to daylight, which set off a bit of claustrophobia in our party. Staff were understanding and moved us to a main floor room that had a window (not operable, as far as I could tell, but it was enough to ease claustrophobia). Overall a very good stay.

We were pleased with this hotel. Julia on reception was great, she gave us a bottle of cold water while we waited for our room to be cleaned. She was very friendly and informative. The room was small but it had everything we needed, bed was comfortable and clean.

Overall the stay was pleasant, we were only booked for one night so the room we had (4 people sharing) was ideal. At night the property was nice and quiet however in the morning due to us being in the basement area of the hotel it was very noisy above, you could hear all movement above us. Also the plumbing was very noisy so flushing the toilet in the night was a concern for waking others in the room. We were also surprised to find a member of staff letting themselves into our room at around 0730 which woke us all up. I would stay here again however i wouldnt want to be in the rooms downstairs

The hotel is superb. Very accessible to the tube station which is Shepherds Bush Market Station. As soon as you get off the station, turn left and you're there. Very clean and the room I booked was just right for our family of 4 adults. A/C is really good, just what I wanted. The only downside is that you can hear the guests from the corridor when they are going into neighbouring rooms. But in general, the location is good. About 15-20 minutes to King's Cross Station. The staff are all excellent and friendly. It was far more worth the price.I would definitely stay again.

Very good location matching that requirement. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Although generally clean it was a basic room smelling a bit of damp or poor ventilation. (Room was at back of hotel and while on same ground level as reception seems to be a basement at back.) Shower didn’t drain properly, no plug in sink, no iron or ironing board although rooms should apparently have them. Perhaps I was unfortunate with the room but although a budget hotel still seemed overpriced for what was delivered.
