Check in simple and quick great location right on the beach view fron room nice and hotel very clean great food selection

waiting long time for foods , specially pizzas, alcoholic Drinks are very bad (raki ,Wine...)

We had no shampoo and no blankets in the room and had to ask several times to get them. We had a leaking shower that created a paddle on the floor and asked for it to be fixed. It did not get fixed during our whole stay. We always had water on the floor which is terrible first of all and not safe at all if you slip and fall and break any parts of your body. The staff was friendly, but still, the problems did not get fixed.

Beautiful sandy beach, nice pools, great food and entertainment. Wifi is not free, which is the only annoying part. Staff and reception are very kind and professional.

1201 numarali odada konakladik. Oda eski olsa da genişti ve bizi üst kattaki bir odaya almaları bizi mutlu etti derken odada klima çalışmıyordu. Defalarca söylememe rağmen klima için kimse gelmedi ve malesef temmuz sıcağında çok kötüydü. Odalar eski ve bakımsız ama temizlik iyi. Otel alanı geniş bakımlı , deniz muazzam, sığ ve ayağıniza taş değmeyecek şekilde ince kum ile kaplı. Dalgali değil, uzun bir sahili var denize sıfır .Aktiviteler ve akşam gösterileri çok iyi ve aralıksız devam ediyor yani hiç sıkılmıyorsunuz. Aqua alanı gerçekten eski ve bence kullanışsız ve yavaş. Cankurtaranlar can sıkmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyor çocuğu bırakma aman 20 cm sığ deniz suyunda dalga gelirse ne yaparız. Çocuklar ebeveynden 2 metre uzakta kalınca uyarmaya başlıyorlar. Bunun tek sebebi olabilir Cankurtaranlar ya yüzmeyi bilmiyor ya da kötü bir olay yaşanmış. Yemekler güzel çeşitli , dondurma krema gibi ünlü bir hamburgercinin dondurmasiyla aynı . Memnun ayrıldım ama bir daha olsa gitmem. Aqua alanı ve cankurtaranlar değişmeli Ama denizi hep aklımda kalacak.

Direk fiyat performans diyeyim. Deniz severler icin harika, yeme-icme guzel ama kısıtlı. Ilgi alaka hizmet güzel, personeller güler yüzle. Resepsiyondan Zeyneb ve Animasyondan Kadire özellikle teşekkür ediyorum.

Allt var toppen. Nära till stranden, bra mat, fin underhållning varje kväll. En stor fördel är att man kan använda infrastruktur på två andra Pegasus hotell som ligger i närheten, så det hela blir liksom ett stort komplex. Passar perfect för familjer.

Uns hat es alles(!) gefallen! Super Essen, sehr gutes, hilfsbereites Personal, sauber, ruhig genug, sandiger Strand und nicht aufdringliche, professionelle Animation, Emilias Trainings sind spitzenmäßig und Kadir sorgte wirklich für gute Laune bei allen Gästen. Wir sind öfters in der Türkei, aber volle 100% haben wir zum ersten Mal nur hier erlebt. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei dem ganzen Team!

Jag stark rekommenderar den här hotellen. Hotellet var rent personalen var hjälpsamt. Passar bra för barn familjer. Stranden var pekfekt. 👍

We were extremely happy with our stay at AQI Pegasos Club. A fantastic hotel with a fine sandy beach, shallow water that is perfect for families, a great pool area, and beautifully maintained surroundings. Everything our family needed was available at the hotel, and we never really felt the need to visit the other two Pegasos hotels. The other hotels had more pools and water slides, which we tried and enjoyed, but apart from that, everything we needed was available at our hotel. There was really no need to go elsewhere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the resort – from the reception and housekeeping staff to the spa and restaurant teams. There were great shows and entertainment every evening, as well as a kids’ disco that the whole family enjoyed. Some of the performances were truly professional. The food was good, with plenty of variety and lots of options to choose from. Everything was clean and well maintained, and it was a big plus that beach towels were provided daily. The only thing we missed was a small playground or kids’ area at the hotel itself. The facilities at the other Pegasos hotels were available, but it would have been nice to have something closer for the children. However, this was only a minor detail, as everything else exceeded our expectations. The hotel maintained a high standard throughout our stay. We travelled in mid-June with 2 children (7 years old and 1.5 years old). We would happily recommend this hotel to other families! 10/10

Ein super schönes Hotel wir haben es genossen

Hallo wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden, Personal war sehr nett, behilflich das Essen war ok man hat viel Auswahl, Zimmer wurden immer gereinigt sowie jeden Tag frische Handtücher.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im AQI Pegasos Club! Ein großes Dankeschön an die Rezeption (Erhan, Nezaket, Bukett) für die herzliche Betreuung. Im Restaurant haben uns Orhan, Mehmet Ali, Burak, Can Hattab und Isa mit tollem Service begeistert. An der Lobby Bar sorgten Berfin und Cemil für beste Stimmung, an der Beach Bar war Halil immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch das Animations- und Sportprogramm mit Ricky vom Latino-Team und Olga beim Stretching immer mit guter Laune und Motivation. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
