The room was basic but clean apart from the carpet next to the desk. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Great hotel for a stay in Langenselbold! It was clean, the staff was friendly and it was located around many restaurants, grocery and other needs.

My room looked newly renovated. It was spotlessly clean, well designed, quiet and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. Staff were friendly, and it had underground parking.

Great easy check in. Staff were always friendly and on hand. Breakfast was plentiful and of good value. This hotel can only get better as it is undergoing some renovations.

No fridge was ok but a coffee maker or water boiler would make a huge difference.

Disappointed that there is no coffee service or electric kettle with tea service in the room. Only 2 paper cups in the bathroom. Breakfast was great and the room is clean.

Smelling cigarette smoke from people outside smoking directly next to the building and under the windows.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. With great location to grocery shopping, restaurants and a beautiful church that is open 24 hours a day. Easy access to the autobahn, but you don’t hear the noise from the traffic.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The fact that the duvet and pillow covers didn't cover the whole of the duvets and pillows was a bit disappointing. All the hotels I stayed at in the Hanau area in the last 4 month (8 of them) fall into the same category, low value for money compared to other regions in Germany or Europe.

Good hotel with very nice staff. The room was a bit cold as the radiator was turned off and the window was open but it soon warmed up when I turned the radiator on.

The room is big and comfortable. Great breakfast. Located in a small city. Ample free parking.
