We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff were lovely, the hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The shuttle to the station was very convenient.

We stayed at this hotel as it was conveniently placed to pick up rental bikes at the port. Staff were great on check in, and they organised luggage transfer for us. Room was lovely. Breakfast was a set Japanese breakfast, beautifully presented, plus options of yogurt and eggs and fruit. A couple of restaurants on site . A few places to eat around the hotel and a courtesy bus to the station (or a 10 minute walk). Supermarket and chemist nearby

The quality of the service and facility was fist rate. From start to finish. The room, I got a double, was spacious and well cared for. Modern and luxurious. Will defiantly be back.

Clean room and me comfortable bed. Plus the easy self service check was great after a long train ride to get there.

The shuttle bus is fantastic to save the 15 to 20 minute walk back to onomichi station and the staff are both friendly and helpful

Smooth check-in and check out process, close to some very good local food. Rooms felt a bit on the smaller side but that's to be expected in Japan. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

They have a shuttle service, but it didn’t run early or late enough to be useful for us. Our walk to the station and ferry was through a commercial area along a busy road.

駐車場が無料のホテルを探して前日に予約して訪れました。あいにく敷地内の数台は埋まってしまい少し離れた（徒歩3分ほど）駐車場にとめました。 シャワー、ドライヤー、コテがリファでとても良かったです。備え付けのシャンプー、トリートメントを使いましたがサラサラです。購入迷ってましたがドライヤー買おうと思います！ コテも2種類置いてあり荷物を減らしたい旅に最適と思いました！ Netflixやyoutubeがテレビで見られるのも良かったです。

今回は仕事で利用しました。7時前に移動のため、7時からの朝食を取ることができませんでした。できれば、6時半ごろから朝食取れると良いと思いました。

Parking was not available had to pay elsewhere and drag suitcases several blocks to hotel. There were several red cones blocking available parking spots maybe 1 was for the shuttle but not sure why 3 others were not available.Room small but I still managed.

Hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were professional and helpful. The hotel is a little isolated, being some distance from Onimichi station and the city center, but there is a free shuttle to the station.

Good place walking distance from Onomichi Station and shops.

Bicycle parking, coin laundry, easy access.

Convenient location. Staff was accommodating. The shuttle service from the train station was a huge plus. We also enjoyed our dinner at the hotel restaurant.
