Stayed here for two nights. Great hotel. Wonderfully warm welcome from Sam when we checked in. Great room. Really quiet. Perfect location, with everything in walking distance. Parking was ok. Couldn’t get in the hotel’s reserved spaces, so had to go on the main Peel Street site. No problems with this. A very reasonable £16/24h.

Hotel is in a nice location and the hotel itself is not too bad. The parking is VERY limited but at least there’s a decent size paid lot nearby.

Amazing hotel. Only issue was not being able to book the car parking.

Brilliant stay as you would expect with Indigo. Was a fair bit of banging early morning around 5am but couldn't be sure if it was just a noisy guest. Overall very nice and we would stay again.

Great hotel to explore York. Service was excellent and breakfast menu was tip top

Hotel was excellent. Clean, modern, stylish and the all the staff are friendly helpfull and professional.

Really lovely hotel, loved the design of the room. It was nice to have the option to book something with an extra side room with a sofa/ sofabed as well. Will definitely stay again next time we come to York.

Great location; can be noisy on weekends and early morning trash pickup. Windows were stuck open without correction by management. Staff very friendly and breakfasts were wonderful! Would return to York and stay here!

A great and very comfortable stay at this hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious.

Very clean and tidy with lovely decor and comfortable rooms.

Friendly staff, quick check in. Room clean and pretty quiet, comfortable bed, good shower. Car park a couple of minutes walk away. Only thing that could be a downside is limited evening meal options - pasta ! - but lots of places to eat a few minutes walk away. Would stay again.

Overall a good place to stay but the service needs a real upgrade , checking in took over 20mins with a back and fourth looking at emails and denial we had booked the hotel ...in the end it got sorted ..system error ! Breakfast reminded me of Faulty Towers but with dirty dishes on lots of tables certainly stayed at better in York
