Breakfast ok lacking eggs central location. I thought I was booking a 4 star hotel barely 3 star

Property was well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff was great. Only drawback was the noise from the street. They do provide earplugs whuch really helped me get some sleep.

A lovely spot for Palermo. The staff were amazing and provided lots of information. The check in was easy and it was a good stay. The breakfast could have been better but it was sufficient. Thank you to Michele for his help.

This is a beautiful and modern hotel with extremely friendly staff. They are very personable and make you feel welcome. The breakfast is amazing with so many delicious selections. They even prepared a to-go breakfast for me on one of the mornings I had to leave very early. The location of this hotel is in walking distance to the airport shuttle and the center of town. Very convenient. I stay at this hotel every time I come to Italy. I just love it!

Property next to substantial walking area, restaurants, shopping, Cafe, very very quiet, nice breakfast presentation, great automatic coffee machine, cappuccino, Americano whatever you desire.

Super super helpful staff members. Great breakfast and great location right in the hear of the historic district. We were very pleased with our stay.
