The B&B standard you are used to and friendly management.

The only negative thing is that you can't check-in before 5:00 pm.

When we got there, the front office was closed. They have a machine to get your room information, but because I paid through hotels.com, I could not get the information. We had to wait until someone finally came out and helped us. The beds are very stiff and the pillows were flat once you put your head on them. Also, the room was warm even with the air on. Otherwise, it's not a bad hotel. The staff was kind. The room had the basic necessities and the free parking was a major plus.

Very happy with our 3 night stay at B&B Maurepas. The staff were friendly and helpful. All facilities were clean and in good working order, housekeeping staff did a very good job. The B&B chain are relatively basic hotels but excellent value for money when you just want a clean quiet basic place to sleep. The location at Maurepas is a good base for visiting Versailles and other local chateau. Overall 10/10, wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future. :-)

Two positive notes - it had free parking and internet. So many bad points - everything was cheap cheap cheap. Mildew in the bathrooms. Sewerage smell. Thin walls. Thin mattresses. Thin pillows. Never again.

This is a typical budget French hotel, there is no service to speak of and the rooms are very, very basic. However the rooms and bed linen were clean and perfectly acceptable if only staying for a couple of nights. This is a classic "you pay your money, you take your chances and if you don't mind basic it's a good option. On the downside check in is a shambles; the access code didn't work, so we had to call the 24hr service number which took an age to respond-this might have been acceptable if everyone in font of us didnt have the same problem

Self check in. On mainly industrial estate 20min walk to train. Clean rooms, firm mattress, small bathroom. Shower old but hot water good. Basic continental breakfast. Cheap but to the point.

I had to use the Hotel for a business trip, I got the wrong instruction on how to enter the Hotel ( as there was NO front desk, but a kiosk ). I cam by Car and could not enter the parking,as I did not have any room code. It took me 20min to call a 24 hours help desk to finally get the instruction to enter the Hotel and park my car. I had a very nice breakfast and left for my business. The Hotel the very Cheap and that it nice for short stay ( over night ).

Comfortable bed, clean room but bathroom was looking a little old and in need of renovation. Bad drain smell in the corridor. Very nice breakfast but some of the advertised cooked breakfast was not available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Apologised about lack of breakfast items.

Very stark, plain facility. Extremely tiny room. No front desk (check-in is electronic), just an on-site manager. The area is a commercial zone with no charm, just a giant grocery store/mall nearby. Someone used the microwave in the lobby and blew a fuse, so our electrical outlets stopped working.
