Air conditioning is very poor and in the quad rooms it does not reach the upper level beds so they are very hot. Easy access off the motorway, 15 minutes to city centre

Basic compact family room split over two levels - no air conditioning, but it was survivable. We only stayed one night and it was fine for a stop-over on our way to Paris. Breakfast was plentiful and included eggs and bacon as well as a choice of breads, pastries, yoghurts and fruit. There's an abundance of restaurants locally to get an evening meal. Self-checkin via machine with choice of languages, but also English speaking staff on the desk. No noise from adjacent rooms, secure free parking outside rooms. The only thing that let it down was housekeeping knocking at 9am and then loitering outside the room smoking and playing music on her phone (our window was open) until we were ready to leave at 10, even though checkout is listed as noon.

Great service, comfortable beds only downsides were bugs on the bed, no lock on tue bathroom, no shower curtains soball the water spilled and there was no mop to clean it. Adding to this the Internet was unstable at times.Also one of our souvenirs went missing. Overall it was still a great place to stay at.

Reception staff were very unhelpful and un interested, luckily we were only there 1 night! Room basic but did seem clean although there was a drain smell throughout the hotel

Property as expected for price range, clean, but hard beds. Very limited breakfast. Biggest (only) complaint would be the difficulty leaving as balcony was cluttered with cleaning carts making it hard to exit and cleaners all smoking outside my door!! Off putting as a non smoker

Good for the price. Have stayed many times - but useful to know in advance that reception is not manned 24/7 - as the relevant details arrived after I’d checked out next day! Not a problem in this occasion as I was there during reception hours!

Room clean and bed comfy. Disappointing to book a room for 2 people but only have one hand towel, one bath towel. More available at reception - but reception only staffed at certain times. Don’t really want to call the ‘emergency’ number just for towels (or extra pillows!). Chose the B&B as it offered air con. Totally useless - just blowing room temperature air around. The only thing it was good for was drowning out the traffic noise when we gave up and opened the window.

We picked b&b as we had good experience with it in Germany, but, room was much smaller than showed on the photos limited walking space around bed on ground floor. Toilet very small I felt like shower room in caravan. Very noisy from main road, can not open the windows as you wouldn't sleep with all that noise. Air-conditioning working but more like a fan , there was no cold air coming from it. Place good with kids older than 3 years old, as stairs very narrow and steap. Door to the room very heavy and you can hear anyone opening and closing their doors. Staf must say was lovely and very helpful, with minimum English but trying to help you No kettle in the room. Parking on site. A lot of shops around. Overall 5/10

Property old and dated, didn't expect much for a budget hotel, but poor anyway.

Stayed for one night as we travelled home. Decent family room and secure free parking. However, rooms very warm and too noisy to open window.

Shower curtain was very dirty and the toilet wasn't working properly.

The first room that we were given was tired and a bit tatty to be honest. The bannister for the mezzanine was loose and so the gate didn't secure, blackout curtain not hung properly, bathroom door didn't close etc. The 2 adjacent rooms had dogs (3 in total) which had been left unattended by their owners and were barking constantly for over 30 minutes. I went to reception to ask them to either speak to the dogs absent owners or move us. The receptionist tried to contact the owners and was very helpful and did indeed move us to another room. This room was actually in much better condition although it did smell of smoke. However, with the window open and after we had all taken showers this was not apparent. All in all we were very pleased.

We had a pleasant stay here. The staff were great & the breakfast was basic but good. Walking to supermarket & driving distance to a shopping mall. Great to do all the war memorials in Villers Brettoneux from here

Nice budget hotel. Not far from shopping mall easy access to main ring road

Room was tiny, smelled of smoke and feet, crumbs on ‘clean’ bed. No receptionist to speak to. Very loud as doors open to street and parking lot. Woke to leaking toilet and inch of water on bathroom floor.

Awful smell that would not air out with door left open. TV had no reception. Highway is very close and noisy. No front desk attendant after noon, so couldn’t change rooms.
