Building had a number of issues - showers did not have warm water, it was practically freezing and never warmed up. Lobby bathroom had no toilet paper and when it was reported to the receptionist they had an attitude and gave us a nearly finished roll and asked us to return that roll.

Was very good, the location of the hotel was great because all the place was very near and we were walking around the stores and the restaurants are in the same area. We don't need to taken a taxi or uber to get we need it.

The city is very pretty, the hotel is located on the center of the city, it is and old hotel, so i has some features that are not available, but it was a good night stay over all.

Really great location, and the staff very friendly, but the room was very small, dirty carpet, the head of the shower fell when I was taking a shower, no heater / ac on the room, our balcony was right in front of a hookah bar.

The service was excellent and the hotel was close to all the historic sites

Excellent customer service. Perfect location. Walking distance to Cathedral and Theater.

Shower head broken, roaches, was told I would be moved to another room, and they never did.

Posada de la Moneda Hotel is a great place to stay because all the top museums in the city are within walking distance. The room was very clean and spacious. I wish some hotel rooms in Europe had this kind of room. The staff is very friendly. The front desk receptionist Yolanda was very helpful. If your hungry Sanborns Restaurant is nearby so you stop by and order take out food and take it to your room if you prefer. Another thing , if peace and quiet is your main concern then this hotel is not for you because of the noise from the constant traffic from the street down below. Also , you can also hear musicians playing their music in the nearby plaza. So at times it was hard for me to get some sleep but i was okay with it because i was only in town for several days. Overall i recommend this hotel.

Tiene una excelente ubicación, y cuenta con lo necesario para pasar una noche agradable en la ciudad

Tiene muy buena ubicacion, la tanecion fue buena y las instalaciones son agradables, tosdo muy en orden y bien, el unico detalle fue que reseve con una cama y en el check in me dieron una habitacion con dos camas.

Reserve recamara con cama doble me dieron una con camas individuales no servio el control remoto de la tele no había estacionamiento no tenía clima las almohadas se veían sucias

Nos fue bien en el hospedaje y el trato de los recepciónistas pero lo único que no nos gustó fue que molestaron en la madruga por teléfono y traian perdida las llaves del cuarto y falta un estacionamiento propio del hotel

No tiene agua caliente (nos dijeron deje salir el agua del lavabo y regadera juntos durante un rato … y al final solo salía tibia)…la televisión nunca funcionó y NO tiene estacionamiento como dice la publicidad de la página

instalaciones un poco antiguas pero cumplen con el proposito de descansar, el unico detalle que tengo es que tardo mucho en salir el agua caliente

Nos fue excelente. Una atención del personal del Hotel de Primera.
