Great place and great host!

We had a great stay. The staff were amazing and helpful. They went out of their way to help us when our travel plans got messed up.

Very pleasant stay

The staff at Albergo Diffuso know the problems we had with the wi-fi in the apt . Very weak or non existent signal made it hard to communicate at all times of the day or night. There is a loose metal grating in the street that clatters loudly every time a car goes over it. Something for the city to fix, it's very annoying

Fantastic room and staff

Very spacious new and clean; awesome location; friendly helpful check-in; although lists parking “included” on street you really have to hope you can find an open spot as there aren’t dedicated spots for hotel; we got lucky based on our arrival time but parking could be a problem; if you don’t have a car, no worries, comfortable stay in charming town.

Best place to stay in Scicli. Room was incredible, very confortable and clean. Perfect location.

The B&B is in the center of the old town, walking distance to all of the attractions. Great location! It was an unpleasant check-in because I left my iPhone's wireless "Powerstation Plus" on the counter of the hotel check-in office. Later, I thought I can get it back, unfortunately, the receptionist told me that she never seen it.

Very nice stay. Place is in a great location and quiet. Very new renovation. Definitely reccoemend. Only downside in room was shower was really small. Like hit the doors if you move at all small. Breakfast was fine but mainly pastries; there's a common kitchen which we didn't use

Everything was great. Valentina and Ezio who run the office were totally nice and helpful, the room was large, modern, clean and functional and the location was perfect for sight seeing Scicli. WiFi worked a treat.

The rooms at the diffuso are all over the city - but out room ended up being in a great, walkable spot. The AC unit blasted heat onto the balcony but didn't quite get the room cold, which was a bummer, but the bed was comfortable, the location was fantastic and the staff was friendly.

Excellent customer service from Hotel Staff, Vincenzo and Valentino. Thank you for all your help and support. PS please remind English guests you buy bus and rail tickets from bars/TIC rather than on the transport as this is very different from home. Public transport not great, ignore timetables not accurate, best info was via internet and that wasn't always correct. We rented a car and got on alright, despite some negatives comments wed seen on internet. Sicilians are far more patient than on mainland Italy and don't drive using their horn all the time which helps.

Avevo prenotato 2 camere presso Casa Pascucci che veniva presentata dalle foto come una residenza d'epoca con un certo charme. Siamo viceversa finiti in una struttura in via Botte. Si tratta di decorose e moderne camere senza alcun fascino, con a fianco case non propriamente di bell'aspetto e con gruppo di condizionatori rumorosi. Pur apprezzando la gentilezza del personale e la pulizia lamento la totale mancanza di chiarezza dell'offerta.

Chambre accueillante et propre, personnel super accueillant disponible et sympathique. Décoration de chambre baroque à la hauteur des attentes en visitant la Sicile. Personne sur place mais toutes les informations pour accéder à la chambre étaient envoyées via WhatsApp et l’hôte restait très disponible et réactive.

La réception n'est pas située à côté de l'appartement. Le lieu est aménagé avec goût. Il est situé dans le centre et proche des lieux à visiter. Une cuisine commune bien équipée est disponible pour préparer et prendre ses repas. Pas de wifi disponible lors de notre séjour.

Un buon rapporto qualita'/prezzo.
